I purchased the washer for my new house. This dryer takes a super large load of laundry. It's quiet while operating and plays a nice tune when the cycle is complete. There is no doubt when choosing a washer/dryer. You can't go wrong with Samsung !!

I purchased this machine about a month ago. When I first get the machine installed, it was making loud noise. Best Buy sent in one of the Geek Squad specialist to level the machine. Ever since then the machine has been working great. It is quite so I check back to see if the machine was even on. You can fit lots of clothes inside the machine. I am pretty happy with it.

My wife and love this washer. It replaced our LG front loading washer that we purchased with our house. Very beautiful looking washer that is extremely quiet. Quiet can be a good thing but being too quiet might make you forget you have clothes inside the washer. Luckily my wife restricts me from turning off the signal alarm of the washer because it plays a delightful melody that reminds me of an ice cream truck and makes me want to rush over to the washer and throw it directly in the dryer.

I have been very happy so far with my front load Samsung washer! I was hesitant to buy a front loader & unsure about the Samsung....but have been very pleased!! It's nice looking, easy to use, very quiet, quick, a great energy & water saver & overall very nice product!

I love these machines. We have the set and use them often. The only problem we had was the company that BB uses to deliver and install was AWFUL. We had to have them come out 3 times before everything was corrected. The first guy had it uneven by about 2 inches and so it josteled around like crazy. He also didn't fully hook up the dryer vent, which resulted in a laundry room sauna. The second set of guys came out and got it closer to level (but my boyfriend had to finish the job later), and hooked up the dryer correctly... but they left and 10 minutes later the water hose popped out and sprayed water everywhere before I could run in there to turn it off. If we get water damage charges from the apt complex, I will bring the bill to Best Buy. Those guys were horrible, and had a bad attitude about it the whole time as well. They need a new company. All of that aside... the WASHER and DRYER themselves.... are awesome. haha

I love this washer. I've always done well with Samsung, though. It plays a pretty song (Trout Quintet) when the load is done rather than an annoying beep. It rarely happens but when the washer does go off balance and it can't balance itself out, the washer just shuts off. It's probably a good thing but in the month I've had it, it's done it twice and it's just annoying thinking your load is done...oh but wait, it's not and you have to shift everything around and run the rinse/spin cycle. Great overall washer, though!

I got this washer on a great deal for under $700 from Best Buy and since I have had it, I would have paid the non-sale price for it. Simple to use, lots of options (which I don't all need), easy install and clothes are coming out perfect every time.

First time using a front load. It washes well, and is quiet except for occasional vibrations on heavy loads at spin cycle. That might be caused by uneven flooring and it might not have anything to do with the washer! Just have an old house!

First time buying a washer and dryer. This particular washer seems to do all the functions of the more expensive units minus the new tech showing up in the new ones (phone control). Runs quiet and smooth, all cycles are useful.

So far we are very pleased with our purchase. The washer and dryer are very quiet running. The washer appears to do a much better job at cleaning the our previous washer and the dyer has a much faster drying cycle.

Great washer except for the water that collects in the soap dispenser every time. When it was delivered they didn't balance it, so not too happy about that either. Hard to fix when you're alone and have a bad back!

This washer is great. Easy to use, quiet, lots of modes and very efficient. The steam mode got our comforter super clean! Very happy with our purchase.

Great great great washer. Very quiet and clothes com out super clean. It also wrings the clothes out so well that the drying time is much quicker now.

I really love the steam options. I feel like our clothes come out so clean with this washer. I have only had it for a month, and so far, no problems. I will be having a pedestal built for it, though. It's so ridiculously expensive at the store. That one small piece of clothing always gets stuck in the far back. It's a little bit tough on the back to reach all the way in and get it. The fabric softener compartment always has water in it after a load. I dry it out with a washcloth so it doesn't get moldy. You would think something better could be done about that design. Other than those small things, I love this machine! I'd still buy it again.

Wonderful machine that really cleans your clothes. Beats our old He top loader hands down. We love it. Quiet, and makes doing laundry fun! Well as fun as it can be.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this washer. It is easy to operate and I love the end cycle alarm it has. Seems to get clothes clean as well.

I bought this washer on sale and had to wait for it to be delivered to the store. Called the store when they arrived to have a family member pick them up. I was told I should have signed up for the family and friends pick up program. Who knew this existed? After a little back and forth Best Buy offered to deliver the unit outside their delivery zone. Crazy service! I've been nothing but impressed with the unit so far. It runs quickly and quietly. My place runs on a well so I cannot comment on the water efficiency. I can tell you it doesn't take much electricity to run this unit.

So the red doesn't just look great in my laundry room it also works fantastic! It has so many washing options like for bedding, and the steam cycle that really gets clothes clean! It's quiet and i love the little song that plays when your wash load is done. I've also noticed a difference in my water bill as it only uses as much water as needed there are no load sizes..you just put your clothes in and it measures the size of the load for you!

We bought this washer to replace a newer top loader type. We have used it for almost a month and have no complaints. It even sings to you when your load is finished! Seriously, it does. A cute little classical song about a fish and dirty water. (it just plays the tune, doesn't sing the words! LOL) It has plenty of cycles and is fairly easy to learn to operate. Delivery was on time and they did a great job both installing and hauling off our old units. We bought the extended warranty as this is totally electronically controlled.

Great washer and saves water. Easy to use and love the chime at the end of the cycle. Very quite compared to old top load washer
