We have enjoyed this washer so far. We have had it for a little over a month. It is quiet and if off-balance, it does reset to not shake and quiet itself automatically. We love that because it is on our second floor. The only thing I have not enjoyed is the rubber smell of the washer if you waste any time getting the clothes out immediately for dryer. So be sure to dry clothes immediately and leave the door open between washes to dry the inside. Other than that and as much as I wash clothes, I am pleased thus far.

We love this washer and dryer set. It does great cleaning and runs pretty quietly. I have a 3 year old and do loss of laundry!

The washing machine is very quite and easy to use. The price was right and it does a great job cleaning the clothes.

Bought this product for our first home. Best Buy delivered and installed it upstairs. We wanted a unit that was quite and with little vibration since our living room is directly below our laundry room. The unit is quite and works great.

I was looking at the Samsung washer and dryer sets for a long time. We finally took the plunge and it was so worth it! They work great, only downfall is they can be pretty loud. It doesn't affect the way they work, and I think the product is great, and love all the features.

This is an excellent washer. Has all the features and more of most other washers. Love the front load ability and costs savings on water. Gets our clothes very clean. Accepts any HE detergent and also powder detergent. We mainly use liquid, though. Has a tone at the end of the cycle that reminds me of the ice cream trucks. You can reset the tones to other tones for your liking. Samsung makes great products!

I love the look of the machine and energy efficient ,quiet and I love it

This washer comes with many options to choose from when doing wash, from water temperature, extra rinse to soil level. There is also a steam cycle. It has a large capacity drum...I've washed a queen size quilt and there was still room in the washer. Excellent product and I would definitely recommend this washer.

First of all, the washer automatically adjusts the wash cycle time based on the amount of laundry in the washer! Our clothes seem much cleaner then from the traditional washer we replaced. The spin cycle is very efficient. Sometimes the clothes come out so dry that they only take minutes in the dryer whereas in the past they used to take almost an hour.

I bought this on sale so the price I paid was a great deal. I love all of the features and options that come with the washer. Only negative- we're having a terrible time leveling it so it can be noisy during the spin cycle. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone!

I was stuck if I should stay with the top loading machines like I have grew up with, and then found this gem. Great warranty on the motor, efficient, and at a great price point. I have had it for a couple months now and don't regret a thing. Also, Very Quiet!

Have never owned a front load washer before and I can tell you this they work so much better than a top load I will never be without again. I got this washer on sale and they even beat the price on Amazon and they even delivered it for free. This is the best washer I have ever owned and hope it keeps working like this forever.

This washer actually makes me want to separate my laundry and see how great I can get my clothes to look. My clothes already come out cleaner and less warped (I.e. no more stretching or getting caught/torn on the agitator or getting knotted together), and I haven't even tried the special load options yet.

It is nice to replace our 15-year old washer/dryer set with Samsung's state of the art equipment. They are easy to use, we are pleased with their capacity and most of all we are pleased with the end goal...very clean, fresh clothes!

So far I love this washer. It is so quiet!! the spinning features are great, but sometimes I'll find a sock stuck to the top of the drum because it spun it out so much it got stuck. :)

My other machine broke so I love how I can count on my clothes gettting cleaned and the water spun out of them.

It washes clothes very well. Has many different settings and handles all loads well. Only had it for a few weeks, but have no problems. Delivery man said he hauls away many LG washers and delivers Samsung ones. Looks great. Great value compared to similar models from other manufacturers.
