We bought this on the recommendation of the salesman @ BB. I'd originally was going to go w/ an LG, but decided against it on the unbiased opinion of the salesman. I appreciated his honesty. Had the machine about a month now and no problems, makes laundry actually fun?

Great features, not too many cycles, just enough buttons to make it intuitive to operate. Excellent design with sensible features. Easy to read operating features. This scores a 9 out of ten possible points.

I love my new washer and dryer. I can get my laundry done is half the time because of the larger load capacity. My clothes smell so fresh and clean and it has a sanitize cycle. I feel more confident that my kitchen towels and dish cloths are really clean.

So far this washer has been great we can wash extra large loads of laundry so it's done in half the time. We love everything about it such a great washer

I picked up my washer & brought it home, hooked it up & run a load through. When it reached its spin cycle it walked across the floor and the top came off the washer. They did not remove the plastic shipping bolts before I picked it up so the drum wouldnt move. It was like a freight train coming through my house & noone would come remove them for me or put the top back on my washer. I had a friend do it after they explained how to. I bought the Geek Squad protection plan & it was brand new. Love the washer but the support was none when I had a problem due to poor preparation for the pick up of my purchase.

The washer is great, has all the cycles you would ever need, and very easy to use. Samsung does limit how you can adjust water temps on certain cycles. They must think they know more about washing clothes than the consumer.

Not much to say about this washer,i love it , steam washer option and sanitize option are amazing .

So glad we bought these items. Not only does it do a fantastic job of washing and drying the clothes, it it quite and beautiful.

Our old Maytag Neptune died and we replaced it with this and it was a great but at Best Buy! It is much larger than our old Neptune and is easy to use. We are running it much less frequently by doing larger loads now.

Great Washer that accommodate all size loads and gives you just enough of additional options including steam. Best value that still included the steam feature!

My old machine (another brand) of only 6 years had a computer failure and I needed a replacement quickly. After looking in a few different stores I settled on this model and Best Buy matched pricing and had free delivery so the choice of where was easy. The more I use this machine the more I like it. It can do anything and does it very well. It's quiet and smooth as well as being able to do large loads with ease. Since most of what it can do and how it does it makes the clearly written instruction book most helpful. The only thing I would change is the volume of the end of cycle beeper.

I replace whirlpool washer because it was starting to stink and was told the new generation of front loaders cured that problem. So far so good.....but we also leave washer door open to help dry out. Washer seems to have similar functions (cycles are a little longer than Whirlpool) and does what it needs to do. The Samsung washer is about 1" taller than Whirlpool and just barely fits under the pre-existing counter top in laundry room. I wish I would have found this out sooner. I am pleased with the Samsung product and appears to be working out well after 1 month on laundry.

This washing machine is everything I wanted in a washer. I can fit my queen size comforter in it with no problem. We also wear blue jeans in our family and I can wash all of them at once! Not to mention the amount of towels it can wash at one time. I'm in love with my new washer!!

We like its ease of use. Electronics are easy and fun. Takes longer for a load than my old top loader but it is worth it for energy savings.

For a large family who does a LOT of laundry, this was an excellent buy. We can move more loads through. Wish we had done this sooner.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quite this washing machine is. I had to go back to the laundry room just to make sure it was still on. Great washer.

My favorite part about it is the fact that it has the steam feature for Cleaning the little ones stuffed animals and it runs quite quick and has the features and size to accommodate comforters

old clothes have never felt more clean and/or soft with this washer/dryer combo. love the sleek look and multiple settings. Also love knowing exactly how long until the cycle is completed.

The washer is very smooth running and is very easy to operate. The only issues are the size, it is much larger than the last one I had. The drying of the door and gasket is kind of a pain.

I got this at a great price. Very quiet and washes great. I also bought the matching dryer. Love them both. Very happy with my purchase.
