This washer is amazing. It has multiple features for every need. Would highly recommend. Best Buy customer services was also incredible.

This has been like a new toy for me. I am excited about doing laundry. The machine even sings to me when it's done. But the best part are all the cycles types. This allows me to conserve water and electricity on items that need less but really thoroughly clean stuff that needs a scrubbing. I also like that the drum is so big, I can wash a king sized comforter or a King sized Duvet in this machine so no trips to a nasty laundry mat just for that which means I am able to wash it much more often and my allergies are loving that.

It's hard to decide how much detergent to put in the dispenser. Since you have no control over how much water is being put in the washer during the wash cycle (evidently the washer "weighs the clothes to decide itself), you may think you have a full load, put in detergent for a full load, but the washer "thinks" it only has a medium load and puts water in according to what IT thinks. Consequently, maybe not enough water is being used!?

The new washer has many different wash cycles for all our types of laundry. The reduced water consumption is an awesome feature.

Works well. Really gets water out! Could be a little less aggressive spinning, but I guess that's what gets the water out so well.

overall good machine for 700.00 range. great looking and I love the chimes. Has all the functions my small family of four needs.

I am glad I selected this item it works well with my house. I am very concerned about energy efficiency and so does this product.

We couldn't stack our unit due to cabinets. I was told after removed the stacking kit from our purchase that the washer door doesn't rotate around during installation so that it can open to either side. It's been a real pain (being pregnant) down on my knees pulling wet laundry out and heaving it over the door into the dryer. Other than that, it seems to be a great washer with lots of cool features.

Enjoying the reduction in wash loads, immensely! Our clothes come out so much less wet, which is cutting our drying time!

I bought my washer over the Memorial Day weekend and got it at a great price. I watched a lot of reviews of this washer and heared a mix of opinions. Most of the negitive opinions where from people that didn't read the instalation instructions. My washer is quiet uses very little water and my clotheds come out clean. It's cycle time is longer than my last washer, but it is still faster than the dryer , so it dosn't matter how long the cycle lasts.

Its great for the value. Samsung is a great brand. Great quality.Love the ease of making it easy to use.
