This washer has so many settings for temp., length of wash time, spin speed and is very quiet.

I rate this washer average though I do enjoy it because my original one was a lemon! I had purchased the original one a little less than two years ago. All was fine though it was a little noisy when vibrating. I was so thankful I had purchased a warranty because I had to call for service because the vibrating had progressed to be a violent rocking thus hitting my new dryer which was not real close to the washer! Of course, the warranty was not a piece of cake to deal with for sure. I have never spent so much time on phone to get something scheduled. Dealing with those people was indeed a nightmare. After three visits stretched over weeks from service company for same issue, they told me they would have to tear the thing apart and totally replace drum and bearings and all had become rusted inside! I now have a replacement. I'm not sure if I was just one of those one in a million or this is a recurring theme for this model...guess only time will tell.

I bough Samsung washer and dryer, but dryer does not have a dryer rock inside, so I called to samsung and no one can help with this.

Love this washing machine. I had a Maytag Neptune for 8 years and this does a much better job of cleaning. Love the Pure Cycle, too!

Purchased the washer and had to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive. Loved it from the start BUT thats when the service side went south. The installer used a knife to cut the drain hose to try to make it fit to my existing drain, before I could stop him. His fix resulted in spraying water when the drain cycle begins. He then said "Well looks like your going to have to have some type of plumbing solution, have a nice day" and was gone. I immediately called Black tie that day to get the drain hose replaced. They said the service person would be there in 10 days to fix it. I called the service people and made them note to bring a hose for it so they wouldn't have to order it and further my wait to use it. 10 days later the service guy shows and says "Yep you need a new hose, I will have to order it" WHAT????. 10 more days go by and the piece comes. The service company (A and E) calls the day the tech is to come out and says that the tech is sick so they have to reschedule!! (8 more days go by) The tech shows and the hose is fixed in 10 minutes. I had to burn over a day and a half of my vacation for 3 scheduled visits because they only tell you 2 times that they will come. (8-12 or 1-5) Once again I love the washer, it now runs perfect But I would think twice before purchasing at Best Buy due to the service contract. Next time I will call around to see which store offers a service company that is local. After this, I would be willing to pay more. For now I hope that this machine keeps running strong because If I have to call Black Tie, I know I will be down for at least a month!!

We've had it for a month and it works great. It is much quieter than our old washer.

I couldn't believe Best Buy could beat out Sears in quality and price, not to mention when they say that they will take care of every thing they mean it. Hassel free purchase and set up on top of FREE delivery!

The temperature settings are great. Love the way clothes are tumbled . I wish I would have bought the drawers ,does sit low to floor. Have to locate my serial number to call in to see why the blue liquid soap cup is holding water after each wash .

What I like most about this machine is the ease of use and the decrease in the amount of water used. It is also VERY quiet, even during the spin cycle! I love that part! It holds big loads easily and spins even heavy cotton bathroom rugs until they are almost dry. However, based on the advertised claims, I expected average stains to come out without soaking, but that hasn't been the case. However, I've only had it for a few weeks. Ask me again in a year.

Overall excellent washer, quiet, and feature rich. They look good too.

Set up was similar to existing washer and dryer setup. The steam required extra hook up but was easy.

Great machine to own for cleaning clothes using the steam.

I was looking to replace a older HE washer. This fit the bill. The cost was very reasonable and the washer performs very well. It cleans the clothes well, operates quietly and much quicker than my previous washer. The high speed spin takes most all of the water out and allows the dryer cycle to finish much faster.

Purchased this washer and the matching dryer to replace an older style top load washer and dryer. I got tired of my old washer and dryer ruining new clothes that I buy and I also wanted something more energy efficient. This washer probably has more settings than the average person will need and does a great job getting things clean. Since I have used it I've noticed it is a lot more gentler on my clothes while getting them substantially cleaner than my old washer. My clothes come out almost dry and this cuts way down on the time needed in the dryer. A plus with this model is that it includes steam which I only use occasionally, but it's nice to have when needed. I should also mention that this washer has an internal heater and has a sanitize setting which will heat the water to 150 degrees for dirty items. The only negative I have found with this washer is that the soap dispenser holds water after the wash cycle is done. I haven't contacted Samsung about this yet but hopefully there is a solution. I should also note that a previous review said that the washer door will not stay open if you want to air it out to dry after a wash cycle. This is not correct and as long as the washer was installed properly the door will stay open to allow you to dry it out and avoid mold or odors. Overall I recommend this washer to anyone who wants to take better care of their clothes and save water and energy while doing it.

Just installed myself and purrs like a kitten. Only ran once so far and everything worked perfect. The Sanitize setting took 1.5 hours to wash towels. Whoa! The end of cycle signal is a nice little tune. Would be cool if I could plug in my own song!
