Great Refrigerator. Samsung has finally figured out the ice machine issues. Ice maker works great. Love the two different sizes of ice it makes. The replaceable panels are a great idea. We chose the Matte Black to match the other Samsung Black Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen.

We recently replaced a perfectly good and working frig with this Samsung Model and are happy with our choice. It is not only a modern, sophisticated design, but we feel like there is more space and everything is colder. We are still trying to decide on the best configuration - between the variety of cold settings and the bottom right quadrant - frig or freezer, but that is the beauty of this product's design.

Nice refrigerator design. A compact model but enough storage and convenient features: auto-filled pitcher, flex zone that you can convert to a freezer or beverage storage.

Bought this refrigerator and it exceeded my expectations. I love the water and ice maker features.

Looks amazing, what I wanted! Storage is practical but less than my previous fridge however I was aware prior to purchasing. Height is slightly higher than some standard cabinets so would recommend measuring your space like we did! One of the bins is having trouble fitting despite it being in the correct spot and of multiple tries by multiple people, need to contact customer service on it. Beautiful design, color, and quality.

Love the fridge! We went to store and was helped asap. We where shown a few fridges that met our requirements and this was one. It looks awesome, 2 sizes for the ice and built in water pitcher.

Wonderful product - excellent design. This fridge holds as much as our old full- depth but is much easier to organize and find items. We love the flexible zone and the two ice size options. Much more room in our kitchen aisle.

This is the best fridge I've ever owned. Tons of space, the beverage center is great, and the flex fridge/freezer door comes in handy.

Apart from being spacious the design layout works extremely well for us. The design encourages you to remain organized. We like having the water jug in addition to the water on demand. The finish of the product holds up very well.

This refrigerator will have 4 white glass panels to match kitchen cabinets. Two different types of ice make it convenient for different drinks. Lots of value for the money.

Great fridge with an incredible feel and layout. This is a sleek design and hope it performs long term like it looks. Purchased as a second backup fridge but it's getting all the attention right now. Sorry Sub Zero you're just going to have to take a backseat for a few weeks until this wears off.

This is a new unit so I cannot speak to its reliability. Layout is excellent with sufficient room in the top refrigerator to fist larger leftover items. The bottom freezer doors are unique and super handy. Sturdy.

Fridge is great. We made the flex zone a fridge for our little kids and they love it.

Shocking how the person that took care of the replacement part for the refrigerator said that she is placing the order and once it arrives we will schedule the replacement. After 15 days when I called I found out that not only the woman lied to me about placing theborder because the woman that I was talking to said that she can not find any order for any parts. And it gets better be cause I called on the 15th day, Best Buy can not replace the part . I can only get a 100 dollars or they will exchange the refrigerator. I paid a lot of money for this refrigeration for me to have it with a big dent. Pretty sad and unfortunate that Best Buy will exchange the refrigerator but not the part. Well, we’ll see when the new refrigerator arrives on the 30th.

The freezer design is what drew me in. The double doors and shelves make organizing so much easier! We would forget about food all the time in our chest freezer and this is an organizers dream to interact with.

Has a nice slick design fits in a standard refrigerator opening.

Works as specified and looks great. Love the flexibility and 4 door design.
