We had recently purchased a LG washer with an impeller and no water level controls. Good thing for our Best Buy preferred customer. We traded the LG back and got a Samsung with agitator and water level control. Love this washer. You can actually see movement of your clothes as they go through the wash cycle. Water level controls allow use to set levels. The LG was either not enough or filled to the top 26 gallons every time. Cloths come out clean and smelling fresh without using a heavy perfumed detergent.

Bought this washer since the one I had was cheaper but broke quicker. This one now. I can have more options on washing and I can use the app to modify the settings. Love it so far.

This is by far the best washing machine I have ever had. It is very quiet and efficient. It leaves my laundryvery clean. The only down side is that it is a little small for my 4 person family.

The main reason I purchased this washing machine is that our old front loading machine did a horrible job of spin drying the clothes. My electric dryer often took hours to dry a single load since the clothes were so wet. This one looked like it would do a good job of that. The second reason is that I wanted a machine with an adjustable water level. I was tired of using water saving machines only to have to use a second rinse because they leave too much soap in the clothes, or them simply not getting things clean enough. On the first point, this washer does incredible. It does the best spinning I have ever seen, and our laundry gets dry in a fraction of the time it used to take. The water level however is annoying. If you wait with washing till you have a hamper full, you'll just want to use the extra high level, even though it may seem like more water than you need. The regular high level is way down in the tub and does not cover what I consider a medium size load. Clothes stick out several inches and don't get pulled under by the agitator during its normal movement. Also, the auto water height selector does not pick a high enough water level even after calibrating. So for me the water level feature only works for small loads which I almost never do, which is why I deducted a star. Otherwise, I am quite happy with this washer. It washes more clothes than any other washer I have ever owned, still getting them clean and spun dry. It has all the basic settings I use, along with nice pre-wash options. It's nice to be able to check your laundry through the glass lid, and be able to pause it to fix any issues. I would recommend it, so long as saving water is not your primary objective.

Being honest. I bought this set because it was on sale. So far so good. Machine does a good job and it is pretty quite. I do like the rinse option on front of machine. It even plays a little tune when its finished

It’s been a great purchase! The appliances on the outside look smaller but the inside has a lot more capacity that what I used to have! Love the quiet features.

I absolutely love this washer, it runs smoothly and appears to larger than your average washer which saves me from having to go to the Laundromat to wash my comforters.

It works well. doesn't spin the clothes out quite as good as my old machine but i am overall pleased. I like the pleasing sound it plays when it is finished.

I love my new Samsung 4.6 washer. It is quiet and cleans my clothes really well! My previous washer was a Maytag and it was soo loud, glad this washer isn't. I also love the little song it plays at the end of the cycle. It was very easy to connect my galaxy phone to the washer.
