Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is by far the best washing machine I have ever had. It is very quiet and efficient. It leaves my laundryvery clean. The only down side is that it is a little small for my 4 person family.

I love the large capacity of the washer and the variety of settings, even the custom settings. The pre-treatment sprayer is a great feature. The only issue I have is the softner & detergent leak out of the compartment they're poured in to prior to when they should be and have stained some items. However, we add the liquids and begin the cycle and once filled with water partly, we add clothes. That's frustrating, but everything else is greata

It’s been a great purchase! The appliances on the outside look smaller but the inside has a lot more capacity that what I used to have! Love the quiet features.

I love my new Samsung High Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer with Active Wave Agitator - Black. It is so quiet, and my clothes feel so clean. This is my first time buying a Samsung application and I could not have made a more perfect purchase. It is also very beautiful in black.

I absolutely love this washer, it runs smoothly and appears to larger than your average washer which saves me from having to go to the Laundromat to wash my comforters.

It works well. doesn't spin the clothes out quite as good as my old machine but i am overall pleased. I like the pleasing sound it plays when it is finished.

I bought the exact ones for my mom cause I liked them so much

I am thoroughly impressed with my machines performance. The variety of wash cycles accommodates every type of fabric. It's incredibly quiet, even during the spin cycle, which is a huge plus for me. The machine's sleek design adds a modern touch to my laundry room. Overall, this washing machine has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new appliance.

This washer is so beautiful!! I love that the washing drum is so large and deep that my comforters get a good wash.

Works well and looks good. Great price as well. If your short, you’ll need a stepping stool.

Love this washer! Very quiet compared to my previous one. Washes clothes very well and you are able to wash large loads. Would recommend 100%!

Works well. Relatively quiet compared to older washer replaced. Easy to navigate buttons and definitely happy with agitator.

Awesome washer. Very spacious inside. Suprisingly quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Machine works great. Makes very little noise. For the price is a great deal

I bought the washer and dryer set and they are super quiet and working great .

We purchased this washer to replace our Samsung that went out. We were hesitant since our last one only lasted 5 years but the Black Friday deal was so good we decided to give it a go and added the 5 year Geek Squad extended coverage. We also chose the agitator this time around. So far we love the washer and the features. I love the extra high water setting. Our clothes feel softer and smell cleaner.

Its quiet and efficient. I love that you can change the water level of every load if needed. This saves me money.

I purchased this washer to replace my front-loading Samsung washer that was 10 years old after it flooded my home. I was hesitant to purchase a top-load washer because I hadn't had one in nearly 20 years, but I was done with front-loaders. I'm impressed that this washer gets our clothes so clean! I believe that the agitator makes a huge difference. I am a little sad that this model does not have a Super Speed feature like my old one, and I should have looked to make sure that it did before I purchased it. That particular feature is PRICELESS and I miss it terribly, so I deducted a star for that. I'm also a little sad that the cycles are approximately 20% longer than my old washer - but that may very well explain why our clothes are cleaner. Personally, I do have trouble reaching the bottom, but it may be because I have tiny T-Rex arms =) I've only had this washer about 2 weeks, but I'm overall impressed with it. It is sleek and shiny... for now and it has a smaller footprint than my old one, which makes for more room in my laundry room, which is nice.

Not really a fan of samsung because there customer service is trash so hopefully i dont need them . Ive had this washer for about 2 weeks now and like the first comment says its a little deaper than you expect. I sometimes us a stool to get small items off the bottom .no biggie there . Im short and it was $600 and it washed better than my last maytag . so thankful to have deap fill with this thing so little water is used in these new machines they dont really clean your clothes. Our clothes are smelling better than they have in awhile

Really satisfied with the size of the washer, easy to use and leaves clothes nice and clean, truly happy with this purchase
