Customer Ratings & Reviews

Works greater than the other one but the other one is still in the shop

This machine works great and has been awesome to use. The only issue I have is that it is deep and I'm short so I have a hard time getting everything out.

So far the washer works perfectly fine. The best part is that the noise is so minimal. Great washer

Washer works great. Really appreciate the tower agitator. Old washer had the little fan blade agitator on the bottom of the tub. Never did like the old washer. New washer has all the electronic bells and whistles that most people won’t use. WiFi enabled app on phone notifies you washer is done also playing when done. Probably just more electronic items to go wron. So far the only inconvenience to the new washer is it is taller. My wife needs grippers to reach small items at bottom of washer.

Has worked so well and is such a nice fit to the home

Its been incredible so far! Quiet and efficient! The washer has been a dream!

So far, so good with this washing machine. The capacity is enormous and my clothes come out very clean. The washer is quiet and I absolutely love the water jet that lets me treat stains right inside the machine.

Very efficient and great product. I bought it with the dryer. For heavy duty clothing and beddings. I don't have to wash or dry twice. Very awesome

Big and efficient for price, not too loud, love all the different setting options.

Great washer, very slick design, perfect size for a family of 4

My wife is very happy with her new washing machine, very quiet and modern.

Absolutely love this washer. My clothes looks cleaner and smells fresher than ever before. Its easy to use and isn't very noisy. Love it!

Simple to use and holds much bigger load of clothes which makes it a good purchase.

Got this guy as a replacement for my 13 year old Samsung washer. 2 months into it, it’s working great with no problems. It’s a little bit louder than I had expected. The only negative thing I’ve encountered so far is when washing a rug or anything heavy when wet is you must load it in there where the weight is equally distributed or it will pause & say uneven load. Other than that it’s working perfectly.

I love my new Samsung washer! It's efficient, gets the clothes/towels perfectly clean, and is so quiet! I'd highly recommend this washing machine!

Product works great and looks awesome! It is also quiet!

Beautiful and easy to use. I absolutely love the water jet feature, which is like having a faucet near the top of the drum: perfect to add some water to something you’re trying to spot clean a like by hand before adding to the wash!!

Works great, we had almost the exact same model before for 7 years and still works great. This one works great and we’ve had zero problems, we updated to this model to get the agitator as we feel it does a better job of cleaning the clothes. Great washer.

This washing machine is huge! I am 5 feet tall and I had to buy tongs to reach the bottom! But that’s OK I have no problem adapting. It pretty much does anything you needed to do effectively quietly the way it needs to. I have no complaints and I have used it for almost a year.

Quiet, cleans well, reasonably priced & I love the bluetooth features
