Good TV But No Stand, We Were Hoping It Had Everything In Box But There Was No TV Stand In It, Instead I Bought A New TV As I Traded This TV And Only Spend $50 On New One

The sound could be a lot better. We have to turn the volume up to 100 to get a good sound. I thought maybe it was just my mom’s ears but unless we both have hearing issues, it’s the volume.

I bought this TV as an open box and of course i didnt expect it to be brand new but when i took it home the tv was damaged and could not plug the power cord to the TV. After i brought it back to the store the cashiers were super help ful but the manager name Matt was not helpful and didnt apologize at all that they sold me a defective tv even after yesterday they told me they would never sell a tv that does not turn

I haven’t received my order. Tracking says the carrier is waiting to receive it. Contacted BB on chat and was promised it was shipped and would be delivered Sat April 5. It’s STILL not here and the tracking status is Carrier has not received package. My credit card has been charged-

The TV has all the features I need. Its not glitchy like my last television from a different company. The picture and sound is better than I thought. This is my second Samsung TV that I own and the first is stillworking well after all these years.

This television offers standard sound quality and the added benefit of an upscaled display. However, the lower rating is primarily due to the remote control. It is extremely basic, lacking voice functionality and additional features, which made the setup process tedious when signing into services. If the remote had voice dictation or extra buttons, this would easily be a five-star product. We set this up for elderly relatives, so ease of use was particularly important.

Why does Samsung make it when it you first turn it on and set it up, the brightness was MAXED OUT.. I upgraded my TV from a Samsung Smart TV HD 2016 model to this one. I'm not entirely happy with the picture color, I could get used to it if I use it for a longer period but my older tv definitely had better picture color and contrast despite not having HDR support. Ive tried multiple times on calibrating and changing some settings around every couple hours trying to find the right settings, yet it feels like this is something im going to have to keep on doing depending what I'm using the TV for. I am also disappointed with how the viewing angle is pretty narrow, but I will give credit for how well the anti-glare screen is doing fighting against bright sunlight during the morning and early aafternoon. I would REALLY like if Samsung released an update fixing the contrast issue and HDR (And the narrowing viewing angle somehow) pretty soon since its pretty new and they promised tvs from 2023 and later on would receive 7 years of software updates. If I were to rate this TV in a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a 6.8/10, its somewhat worth it if you just want to use it a computer monitor(despite not supporting any higher than 60hz refresh rate) or game on it with the PS5/Xbox Series X. Although if you are willing to spend a bit more and get a good tv with great contrast while ALSO risking not having anti-glare screen, you should most certainly go for the DU7200
