The sound could be a lot better. We have to turn the volume up to 100 to get a good sound. I thought maybe it was just my mom’s ears but unless we both have hearing issues, it’s the volume.

What I like about the TV is that the size is great and price. The lighting in the bedroom, holds up. Whether the room is dark or open in light doesn’t take away from the picture.

TV is decent quality for what its design, very heavy to lift.

I bought this TV as an open box and of course i didnt expect it to be brand new but when i took it home the tv was damaged and could not plug the power cord to the TV. After i brought it back to the store the cashiers were super help ful but the manager name Matt was not helpful and didnt apologize at all that they sold me a defective tv even after yesterday they told me they would never sell a tv that does not turn

I haven’t received my order. Tracking says the carrier is waiting to receive it. Contacted BB on chat and was promised it was shipped and would be delivered Sat April 5. It’s STILL not here and the tracking status is Carrier has not received package. My credit card has been charged-

I recently picked up a reasonably priced 40-inch Samsung TV, and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! For its size and price point, this TV delivers far beyond expectations, making it one of the best decisions I've made for my home entertainment setup. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the sleek, minimalist design that effortlessly blends into any decor. The slim bezels truly make the screen the star of the show, maximizing the viewing area. But the real magic happens when you turn it on. The picture quality is simply stunning. The colors are vibrant and true-to-life, the blacks are impressively deep for this category, and the contrast is excellent. This television offers standard sound quality and the added benefit of an upscaled display. However, the lower rating is primarily due to the remote control. It is extremely basic, lacking voice functionality and additional features, which made the setup process tedious when signing into services. If the remote had voice dictation or extra buttons, this would easily be a five-star product. We set this up for elderly relatives, so ease of use was particularly important.

Love the TV, the sound is good, the picture great, just what I needed to replace my tv whose speakers were less than ideal. I don't love the remote but it works. When you turn it on it pauses for a few moments and then opens the last app you used which I also don't love, would prefer it to just stay on the home screen. Setup was horrible, having to login to your Samsung account is just silly, especially when you haven't logged in to it in years. Took over an hour to get it going. You should be able to turn on a tv and go.

Love the Tizen OS! Better home screen and more functions. Apps are easily accessible and extra tabs for more specific uses like gaming, health, and your home screen with a combination of your favorites. The sound functions and speakers could perform a little better, but overall the TV outperforms my expectations for the price! My kids love this TV and it's perfect for the price!! Quick and easy to change key settings like picture quality, sound mode, and the off timer. With Samsung SmartThings, TVs can be controlled easily with your Samsung smart device and parents can actively check on what their child is watching from a distance. Cooking, cleaning, and outside chores are made easier with the use of the SmarThings App!

Very nice television for the price. Great picture, good sound, excellent with my sound bar. We use it in our bedroom. Very light and easy to set up. Smart features make it a great stand alone streaming device.

Why does Samsung make it when it you first turn it on and set it up, the brightness was MAXED OUT.. I upgraded my TV from a Samsung Smart TV HD 2016 model to this one. I'm not entirely happy with the picture color, I could get used to it if I use it for a longer period but my older tv definitely had better picture color and contrast despite not having HDR support. Ive tried multiple times on calibrating and changing some settings around every couple hours trying to find the right settings, yet it feels like this is something im going to have to keep on doing depending what I'm using the TV for. I am also disappointed with how the viewing angle is pretty narrow, but I will give credit for how well the anti-glare screen is doing fighting against bright sunlight during the morning and early aafternoon. I would REALLY like if Samsung released an update fixing the contrast issue and HDR (And the narrowing viewing angle somehow) pretty soon since its pretty new and they promised tvs from 2023 and later on would receive 7 years of software updates. If I were to rate this TV in a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a 6.8/10, its somewhat worth it if you just want to use it a computer monitor(despite not supporting any higher than 60hz refresh rate) or game on it with the PS5/Xbox Series X. Although if you are willing to spend a bit more and get a good tv with great contrast while ALSO risking not having anti-glare screen, you should most certainly go for the DU7200

This was absolutely free with the purchase of a larger size model, but I would have paid full price for the quality. They’re both slim and lightweight, great picture, built in features like Samsung Tv Plus and the most simple setup I’ve experienced to date.

Great tv for the price. We got it to upgrade by the treadmill. Light and easy to mount, picture is as expected from a Samsung. Best Buy delivery was great. It’s not expected to be a top flight TV, but it should meet the needs of most.

This was a great deal and I jumped right on it. 2 TV's for such a good price. Samsung - 43” Class DU6900 Series Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV (2024) along with the 75" was very easy to handle for one person. was able to mount it to the wall with out any help. picture quality is amazing and it fills the room with vibrant quality. Even for a smaller TV. Connected it to my Samsung soundbar and the depth of sound with the picture quality: OUTSTANDING! The only thing is that it only has 2 HDMI ports. a 3rd would have been great since it did not have the Optical port. so I has to use he HDMI(ARC) to connect the Soundbar which left me on other options to connect my 2nd video device. Other than that. So far so good.
