This TV is amazing as far as the visuals it has a amazing picture, all the way down tk the sound & hookup was so easy and its such a nice tv BUT its not a firetv its still nice and i just ordered a fire stick so that will be here soon and then it will be a fire tv but thats my only issue but im still giving it a 5 star just because ots so nice! Fast free delivery! Best Buy dint get the cresit they deserve in my opinion! Great Tv and ppl were saying it didnt have a full screen thats a lie and some ppl were saying it wasnt loud and they oied because this TV is very loud you just have to set it up right and you can also out personal pictures as screen savers on it!

I really like rhis television. I ordered it for our guest room and it works beautifully. I also have started purchasing the Samsung TVs just for the Samsung plus tv service, it’s awesome. I was able to catch this one on sale as well so great tv for the money!

This is a solid TV for use in an office environment. We have these deployed in multiple environments. Work real well with little intervention. Easy to control with SmartThings app.

The online purchase was very easy, the staff was very attentive and professional when picking it up, and I loved the television.

Volume is a little low but video quality is really good.

Trying everything possible to make full picture on tv you pay for 50 in of tv an will be ready to get only 40 in of the screen u can see full screen on air tv or some app but not on any movie on any app they just gray out the options to fit the screes and on their samsung page they have the ridiculous explanation.... some movies wouldn't fit the screen im about to return this tv

When they said smart, they meant it. This TV is amazing! The picture quality is great, and the volume is pretty good, although I wish it had more bass. A soundbar is definitely needed, not a must-have, but I'm betting it would be great. It's a little intimidating trying to figure out everything the TV offers. As a gamer, I like the way it instantly connected to both my Series X and PS5. Overall, there's not a TV on the market for the price that beats this one.

Another great Samsung TV at a reasonable price. Size, quality of both picture and sound and price were all things we considered, and this fit the bill for us across the board. We would definitely purchase again!

I brought this TV back for a different TV a Samsung DU7200 because I needed 3 HDIM ports the other only has 2. The 7200 is head & shoulders above the 6900.

For the price I believe is an amazing TV. Extremely clear image with great speakers and perfect size. Must have if you can afford it and it can fit in your room

Only thing I don’t like about this tv is the remote, it’s very tiny and doesn’t have any numbers on it like my other Samsung tv remotes

The packaging was great, and the TV arrived in good physical condition. While the image quality isn't quite on par with my other TVs from the same brand, it's likely due to the price point, and for what I paid, it's still a good deal. It serves its purpose well, and my kids enjoy using it in their room. Overall, I've had a positive experience with Samsung TVs. Out of the six I've owned, only one has had issues—the LED on the bottom part stopped working after 2 years. I replaced both bottom LEDs, but after about a year, the same one failed again. At that point, I decided to give it away, suspecting an issue from the factory, possibly overcurrent or something similar causing the repeated failure.

Excellent from purchase through installation completion, Sales rep very very helpful in the selection process. Communication from purchase through install excellent. Chose to purchase the install option and I would highly recommend it. We were assigned an install time and received messages to update us as to an exact time. The tech was professional, on time, and explained everything. He brought the new tv with him and removed the old one! I would rate the entire process a 10 out of 10! Thank you Best Buy! P.S. We love our new TV and the price!

I Love My New TV. It works very well and I'm very pleased with it!! Perfect size, not too big not too small and I can play my Movies straight from my Apps.
