The set-up of this TV was very easy. The picture is stunning. No, it is not OLED, so the Blacks are not quite as deep as an OLED TV, but a very acceptable, deep, dark black, and all the other colors are also fantastic. Fortunately, since the screen is a lot cooler to touch than an OLED, we expect it to last much longer.

Sharp. Crisp. Clean. Sports and action amazing. Color pops. Black and white classics are sublime TV is great again

Sleek design. Modern look. Incredible picture. QLED is the way to go after owning LCD and plasma’s in the past.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this television. The picture is absolutely amazing. It was the best picture in the store, and when I got it home, it was just as good as in the store. The colors just pop, so crystal clear. I can see every hair on the Care Bear's head. (I have grandkids. LOL) Love this TV. And the sound quality is amazing, without the additional sound system. I absolutely did not need it, so I took that purchase back. Best tv we have ever had in our lives.

SETUP WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER IF IT DIDN'T HAVE THE ONE CONNECTION BLOCK. THE ONE CONNECTION IS NICE BUT IT ADDS ONE MORE ITEM TO FAIL IN THE FUTURE. THE SOUND IS A LITTLE LIGHT AND I CAN'T USE MY SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS A FINE TV AND HAS A PICTURE THAT IS SO REAL AND COLORFUL IT DEFIES DESCRIPTION. AS A NOTE WE DO USE DISH AS OUR SOURCE. HOWEVER I PLAYED AN OLD DVD--"BATTLE OF BRITTAIN" AND IT LOOKED LIKE I WAS IN THE MOVIE THEATER.

The TV was relatively easy to setup but be careful of the optical fiber that carries the signal from the separate electronics box to the display itself. It takes two people to get it all done without risk. The picture is great and there's a good variety of apps included. The "standard" picture mode that sets the energy cost/year, may not be the most appropriate and dynamic seems a bit bright. I may have to use manual settings.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband so I was a little nervous picking a TV on my own. With my sister’s recommendation, I looked at this TV and loved it. So does my husband!! Great color and sound. I think the ease of the remote is the best feature. Definitely a Best Buy.

This is my 1st new TV in 8 years. It is very nice, great picture, easy interface, and set-up. I had to use the remote support setting once for an App issue. That worked very well. I'm not impressed with the built in speakers, I purchased a sound bar to go with the TV. The One Remote works pretty good but it is not a replacement for the remote that comes with my DVR. Also this TV comes with their One Connect Box or Direct Connect box. There is only a power connection and fibre connection on the TV. All devices connect to the One Connect box which has 4 HDMI port then a fibre connection to the TV. I'm not sure I really like this, too soon to tell for me. I decided to use the HDMI ARC connection to my samsung sound bar so that takes one of the HDMI connections. The TV and Once Connect each take up a outlet on the surge protector too. Sure would be nice if the TV could get power from the One Connect box. Overall the TV has been great.

Easy to use remote and the HDR is awesome on this tv! Picture is clear but does white out some when the subtitles are in white and thick.
