Happy with company over all will use for future purchases

That was a good one and it‘a easy to do the installation I really like it

The TV is great with quality picture, sounds, etc, for the first two months. I thought I have made a great purchase. But now I find myself struggling to get internet connection to my TV. At first, I thought maybe because my router is too far or not working. But that’s not the case. I tried to reset the network setting on my TV but still unable to connect to the internet. I’m Very disappointed. I read some reviews before and thought maybe the internet connection is just a small glitch to some TV. I was very wrong.

Doing it's job. I will buy again if the price is right.

Not what I expected. I have a toshiba tv with better picture and sound quality.

I can't deny that it's a good TV. However, it's just shut off when me and my wife were watching a movie. Let me say that that I have a surge protection applied and there was no electricity fluctuation. It just stopped working suddenly. Now that made me give it a one star. Funny thing: my so called cheap Insignia TV in other room is going strong even after 7 years of initial purchase. And this so called great Samsung TV just died in 2 months. Now as I am over 15 days Best Buy period, I have to take it to the Samsung and God knows how "well" they are going to treat me. My advise to Samsung is that please if you are taking good amount of money from us, then atleast build robust TVs. Thank you.

Screen cracked down the middle while it was in use.

Few months after buying this TV, I had few lines shown on the screen. I called Samsung support and they claimed the warranty would not cover it because there was a physical damage to the TV. I asked them to clarify what they considered a physical damage but they could not give any reasonable explanation. I wouldn't recommend buying any Samsung TV because this wouldn't be my first time having screen issues on a Samsung TV.

Returned when tv screen went black. This tv was 2 years and replaced my other Samsung Curve.

I finally tried to hook this up and in the middle of the set-up the screen goes blank. I magically got it working, but the screen was flashing on and off. I was able to update firmware and then the screen went blank again.

Tv had a great picture, worked perfectly, no issues. To be honest I didn’t notice much of difference with the curved tv. I recently sold my house and let the movers have the tv. I’m kicking myself for doing that! New house the tv is on the way out.

The sales associate never told me that it was an old model. Very bad service. The geek squad contractor didn’t know how do set anything up. Came 3 hours away from Alabama. I returned it ASAP

Purchased this TV on sale several years ago, anticipating that one of my home TVs would fail and need replacing. This happened finally over Easter and this past week I opened the box and was reminded why I purchased this product. Absolutely stunning picture!

Absolutely horrible TV. I loooooved it at first. 13 months after buying it the lights went out

I owned an 8 series Samsung curved before this one and picture was of the highest quality. Unfortunately the screen was cracked and needed a replacement I didn’t want to spend as much as I did on the last one since it was a $1500 tv Well this tv can definitely go up against this tv as far as picture quality Cool feature Cool options It isn’t my 8 series but still good enough And this is just streaming videos on Netflix Great colors Great sound Great tv Don’t go with any other 7 series or 6 series This is the tv you will not regret

I find this tv with a great picture if you are watching 4k uhd but not any different than the tv I had before on hd. I guess the more 4k broadcasts come I will be very happy with this tv. The remote could be bigger as you get older the bigger buttons are great to have. I am only giving it a 4 star as the wireless headphone that I use are analog and I had to buy a converter box for another 50 dollars and was not happy about that. Also the wireless internet quit working and I had to hard wire it, have not had a chance to call about that yet. Overall I am very happy with the tv when I watch Amazon prime or Netflix on the tv the picture is great. Watching through my TiVo it is not too good. Overall for the money it was worth it.

I have had this TV for 2 weeks now and the picture and functionality are amazing. I also own a 65 inch Samsung Q6 and this TV's picture is pretty close in clarity and color. TV's smart functions are fast to respond and APPS load very quickly.

I use this as a monitor for a work PC. It's curve makes it viable for being close up, because of the improved viewing angles to the side. I would buy another one right now if it were available and at the same price point.

I purchased from Amazon because it was on a payment plan at 0% interest. Works well for my PS2 and it is in my bedroom. I love it. Going on three weeks.
