When we started looking for a new TV, we had no idea how far they have come over the years. Hook up was very easy, and the color is amazing. The smart TV feature is new to us, but has been a very good experience for us. We have had very good luck with this purchase to date, and pray it will serve us well over the years ahead. Investigated all options across the spectrum, needed to strike a balance on cost and picture quality, as this was for a family member who had limited budget. Large open room with lots of windows and sunshine. Out of the box, simple set-up and amazing picture! Picture quality exceeded expectations and great image quality and color. I would highly recommend!

My son loves his new TV, (his old TV, the screen was slowly darkening) he said he reset it nightly. We got this one home and the shows he watches with the video games just pop. The colors are great and the sound bar helps also. Thank you for having it in stock, our 300 mile, round trip was worth it to see him smile and happy.

This was a replacement for 4 1/2 year old Samsung. I had bought 5 year service contract and it was replaced with same price but improved quality TV. This Smart TV is amazing with picture and apps already in place. Having to get use to very small remote.Difficult for older person so I use my Spectrum remote except for small tv functions.

Picture is amazing. You’ll see depth like you’ve never seen before. Our guests are wowed by that. Easy enough to set up. Software is responsive. Love that the remote is small and not that much buttons - just gets the job done. I mainly use this tv to just watch/stream If you’re using it for games - you might want to do more research.

I recently bough this tv, my first Smart TV and QLED or LED TV for that matter. Sound is great (recommend a sound bar) didn’t have the money got one at the time. The picture is crisp and amazing. Like literally you can’t stop saying What a picture. It’s worth every penny. There hardly is any glare On the tv. 10/10 imo. Would recommend.

I was looking for a new TV because my old and faithful Samsung TV suddenly stopped working after well-lived without any interruption for at least 11 years. I am not crazy about TV shows, but I watch films and documentaries, some news programs, and do like some TV series. The problem is that this happened during the social distancing period of the COVID 19 pandemic, exactly when I mostly needed a TV to fill in some leisure time. I thought this model and size fitted perfectly to my needs and it was on sale. It was delivered quickly, as promised, and the service offered to pick up the old one was perfect. It was very easy to unpack and install - which I did it myself with the help of a neighbor to lift it up. The quality of the image is amazing, specially when compared to my old TV. Very happy with the purchase! I must say that a friend was inspired by my purchase, and bought exactly the same model and size just a little over a week ago.

Best flat screen I could find for my size and specs. In addition the picture quality and sound are fantastic. What really made this a great purchase was the light weight and ease of handling. This tv had to go over a fireplace mantle that meant we had to navigate it up in position on ladders. Very happy with the final result.

The picture is unbelievable! Just speak to your control and give it the command! For instance, change stations! 55 in is the ideal size for my family room! The set-up was very easy! Everything about this purchase and the Best Buy experience, exceeded my expectations!!

This tv is very easy to set up, has good picture quality, and functionality. If you are looking for amazing SOUND quality, then you need a different tv. The sound quality is pretty good for just normal tv watching experiences, but if you are the type that wants the amazing movie experience, concert experience, etc...this isn't the tv for you. I'd recommend this tv for most situations and the for the value it brings.

Beautiful picture and nice sound, too. I actually got overwhelmed by the showroom (so many pretty TVs!!!) and bought this TV off the website based on the features. I find the navigation between apps (HBOMax, etc.) to be very user-friendly. It's been a great set for watching sports. I love it.

I wanted a black Friday deal on a TV that I wouldn't want to toss out within a year, and I found it right here on this site in this Q60T. I like the feet that spread the weight to the edges of the console where it sits, though its weight isn't much, rather than a single large foot in the center. It offers me three HDMI ports that I require (Roku 4k, Chromecast 4k, Blu-Ray/Games) and can't send through a receiver. It automatically recognized the devices and easily joined my home network. The picture seems just dandy and works with HDR 10 @60 Hz input. No complaints. I don't have a fancy game system that requires any of the latest TV display capabilities, so this is enough TV for me and the best value for me. I couldn't get this value in the Crystal series.

TV is fine. However we do not like the remote control. It is not easy to navigate and use. For the money a better remote could have been provided. We prefer the one we have with our ROKU. Much easier to use. Picture quality is good, although not what was depicted in the store, which should not surprise since the retail outlet can "paint a different picture."

I used to play on a tiny 50" TV where I would never be able to see the tiny pixels of heads of the enemy team, but I had enough. I went to Best Buy to figure out which TV I needed to stop sucking at the game. I wanted to make sure that the 12 year old with the username yourmom69420 knew that he had no chance with me. Adding those 5 inches and the 4k resolution helped my blind eyes see those heads from across the room. (I guess my ex was right and ever inch does matter) I was no longer the catcher but instead the pitcher. Hoping that one day an Esport team will sign me up, but I will never forget what brought me there and it was this exact TV!

I have bought this TV a handful of times for secondary rooms. It has a great picture and operating system even though it has a 60hz refresh rate. The motion rate circuits do a fine job and do not have visible image blur on most programming. I have no problem recommending this TV.

Great TV. Strong value purchase. Best 4k resolution. Solid refresh rate for Movie and TV appreciation. Great color and black presentation. Smart TV functions fast and easy to set up. 5 minutes from box to watching TV via Dish. Easy Google Assistant interface.

After twice having to replace my TV of another brand because of the ARC going out, I decided to switch brands. The picture on this TV is great. The only complaint I have is the remote can be confusing, thankfully I rarely have to use it.

The picture is so incredibly clear on this tv. I can see every pore on the actors faces. The color spectrum is unmatched. I had no idea watching tv could be like this. On a side note, the remote is awesome and super intuitive. A total bonus has been the free Samsung channels. I cut the cord about 6 months ago and have really appreciated having another couple hundred channels to surf.

The set up made me want to throw it out a window. Picture is fine but if you have glare from windows do yourself a favor and get the more expensive step up that is supposed to prevent it. Angle viewing is fine. Needed a new remote b/c the one I had did not respond to turn the tv on and off with the cable box. Samsung took a long time to send and didn't even tell me they needed a copy of the invoice until about 3 weeks later. Service technican at Samsung was great and patient but should have warned me to keep the receipt close. Don't know if I would do it on my own again-very stressful.
