I am so satisfied with this TV it’s the best TV I have purchase. It shows so pretty and I would recommend it to anyone. The set up was so easy. However the video demo in reference to setting it up was very helpful. Thank you so much

Setup was relatively easy, and inputs are easy to access, though the 3rd HDMI port is not inline with the 1st and 2nd HDMI port, which is a little odd. Broke the TV in with Mad Max: Fury Road, and it looked BRILLIANT, everything looked sharp and the audio quality was good. The menu is great, and easy to navigate, and the TV walks you through setting up all of your devices and applies appropriate icons. I thought the remote would be hard to get use to, but it actually wasn't, and I actually like the remote. A couple things that are a bother, but wouldn't have stopped me from purchasing the TV are that the volume level isn't consistent when switching between devices, and sometimes the TV doesn't connect to the apps, and I need to use the app on my fire stick. Overall though, this is an amazing TV, and I'm glad I purchased it.

I weighed a lot of options as far as TV goes but overall really happy with my decision. The picture and sound quality is great and can't beat the price. My only grievance would be that the remote occasionally sticks.

We are very pleased with the quality of this television's picture. However, Samsung's software is annoying and malicious. Not only does claim the rights to all you viewing habits, which it apparently wants to sell because their asking price doesn't cover the cost of the tv itself—but above all that, it forces you to watch some sort of cable television. I figured out how to disable this by requiring a passcode for all types of content—effectively telling the company to flub off. I've also gone out of my way to block internet traffic between our house and Samsung's servers—hopefully, that will keep their grubby hands off my data. Seriously—why is this still acceptable for companies to do to consumers? Other than that, very happy with this purchase.

What a clear picture our new TV has! The colors are bright and as one person said, it looks like the people are right in the room with you! The only thing we have noticed is that the sound volume is not as good as our previous TV. It seems that we have to turn up the volume more.

I’m so in love with is smart TV. I didn’t think anything of it when my partner suggests we try updating. The quality is beautiful and the volume is great. All we need now is a sound bar. Overall it was a great purchase.

Since this is my first smart TV, I can't really compare it to other TVs. However, I'm really enjoying this Samsung 55" QLED unit. The colors are vivid and sharp, and I am able to watch all of my streaming services. The one issue I had, which has now been resolved, is that CBS All Access wouldn't initially work. That's because, for some reason, Samsung downloads an earlier version of the app (1.18). You need version 1.20 for the app to work. I logged into the Samsung site and then reinstalled the app. That seems to have fixed the problem. If you encounter the same thing, make sure you get the latest version of CBS All Access. You can check the version in the settings. Otherwise, I think you'll be pleased with the Samsung 55" QLED. For my size apartment, it's like being in a theater!

I love Samsung! I’m one of those that finds a brand and sticks with it. I bought this for the living room in my new house and it’s just the perfect size. I’ve had no problems with it and it easy to navigate.

We were in the market for a smart tv and this one is awesome for the price. Vivid color, easy to setup and navigate. Highly Recommended

Love this television! Great picture, relatively easy to set up. This smart television has Samsung TV that is free to watch. The television switches easily between HDMI ports. I highly recommend this item!!

Great features, easy to use. Awesome picture quality, lots of apps. Especially like the ability to adjust audio/picture timing where I can match the offset at times where audio doesn't match picture movement.

Fantastic picture, great built-in sound, but some of the reasons I bought this TV are not panning out. Samsung still advertises that you can use their 4k smart TVs are a directTV receiver, you cannot. Still need a DirectTV Box. There is no Twitch app anymore on Samsung smart TVs. (one of the mail reasons we bought it was to not have to connect directv box and firestick when we take it outside. It's pretty heavy (we move it outside often).

I bought this 55” QLED Samsung smart tv few weeks ago.I got it as open box deal.I took it home and setup easily.The picture quality is good.I love the voice remote a lot.it makes navigation easy.

Great TV for the price ,adjust the settings on TV and it gets a great picture but must set to your liking .I have the 8000 model I moved to my bedroom to be honest not a big upgrade from that but noticeable I mainly wanted to get updated apps and the smart section.

We are extremely happy with our new wide-screen TV. The picture quality is much better than our old set and it was easy to connect to our Direct TV arrangement. Pretty much a plug and play process.

Very impressed with this tv. While the picture is great, the ability to easily switch between regular cable and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) make this tv a very valuable purchase. Highly recommend!

the image is crystal clear and when watching movies the details are amazing. Plus love the free channels through Samsung TV. Can mirror Samsung phone screen. For first ever smart tv and 4k. I love it

I also have the 75" version of this TV. Great set at a great price. Got the 55" set to compliment the larger set and keep it simple to use. Both run the same operating system and are user friendly.

Love this TV. The picture quality is incredible. The Smart TV function is easy to use and set up, and gives you so many watching options. The remote is small and controls everything.
