Excellent value. Beautiful picture, simple controls that handle hundreds of adjustments, easy and simple set up right out of the box, and voice control. This is simply the best television in this price range. We are so happy we bought our 65 inch Samsung QLED from Best Buy. No negatives to report.

I have bought many Samsung products over the past years and I am always impressed with the quality. Crisp picture, vivid colors, absolutely Samsung signature when it comes to their TVs. This was the perfect size for my living room! And of course Best Buy has the best prices.

Decided on the 65 Q70 because of the significant upgrade from the Q60 and cost of course (see specs). Purchased at the time the Q90 already existed and when the introduction of the season‘s new models were being introduced. So consequently I got a $500 discount but at the cost of missing out on some extra features which I had to justify. Since it’s been mounted on my large room’s wall I’ve been really impressed. It adjusts to the bright light during the day and a dark room at night. After a few picture adjustments I got the picture just to my taste ( since my vision is not perfect ). Super bright and crystal clear due to the ability to reproduce a perfect black for that sharper contrast. Not to mention it’s ability to render all the details in those dark areas. NOTE: One big plus was the quality of the audio. I was really impressed with the sound (40 watts) which makes a huge difference over the 55 LG I replaced. It actually makes some decent base without the annoying buzzing distortion from the previous tv. Great value for under $1000.

I purchased this TV for the picture quality, vibrant colors and also as secondary pc monitor. It has an option for 120hrz which is great for gaming, but it's best you watch a video seek simple instruction on how set the specific inputs for that ability. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase!

PQ is the most important consideration in a large-screen HDTV and this Samsung Q70 QLED set delivers! With FALD, images are great in a dark room and poip in a bright room -- but be wary of viewing at an angle, when the picture gets worse quickly, Smart TV features are solid but the remote is too stripped-down.

My wife and I purchased the Samsung Q70 Television and it's definitely a cut above the rest. The price was reasonable, the set up was simple and the picture and sound are out of this world. The Samsung Q70 covers all of the bases: movies, streaming, gaming it does it all. The Q series is worth every penny.

Picture is great quality and great smartTV. I did have to return the first TV due to some issues and BestBuys was great to work with in getting it replaced (5 stars for BestBuys). Second TV had very little issues. The TV does sometimes turn it self on after being turned off. I can not figure out why but that's the only issue. I would not recommend if you are putting in a room with a lot of sun. Does not do great with lots of glare.

We’ve had a Samsung TV for years and wanted an upgrade. The old one still works great but we wanted bigger and 4k. This model is an impressive step up. It works really well with apple tv and the Samsung 5.1 home theater system we have. The colors are very vivid and the black contrast is great.

We are very pleased with this TV, color, sound, totally awesome the way it automatically adjusts to whatever you are watching whether it is a 1950's movie or a movie that was made yesterday. I would like to recommend this television to anyone looking to replace an older one, you will be completely satisfied!

This television is super, the picture is beautiful and I cant stop watching programming in HD. 4k movies are unbelievable and images seem to pop out of the set. The only complaint I might have is the sounds lacks a little but the surround sound I purchased solved that problem completely.

Love this TV great quality pic but do recommend getting a sound bar! I chose this b/c of its value and all the apps make it super easy and convenient. Remote has hit buttons for Netflix Hulu and prime video, also works good with PS4! I got it for less they 1K which was awesome!

Set up was an absolute breeze. So nice how everything is all integrated with the menus/home screen. The picture quality is top tier samsung panels are amazing screens. Perfect tv for the living room. And the game mode feature is perfect for gaming. And a bunch of options for picture settings.

Perfect picture, all the features I could ever want, and the inclusion of Samsung TV Plus for free was an invaluable surprise addition. So much incredible content for free like ChiveTV, People Are Awesome, Fail Army, and The Pet Collective to name just a very few.

This TV has a beautiful picture. I did calibrate the color settings based on the professional review recommendations, and they are perfect. I can’t speak to sound quality as I use a sound bar. The smart apps are very responsive and easy to navigate. My only complaint is you cannot fully use SmartThings and Alexa with the TV connected via Ethernet cable, you have to use WiFi. We are using Ethernet, so Alexa is only able to turn off the TV, you cannot turn it on. From my understanding, when the TV is turned off the LAN connection goes to sleep. You can confirm this as the TV becomes “offline” with SmartThings when turned off, thus Alexa cannot turn the TV on. But, if you are connected via WiFi instead, the tv stays “online.” Seems like something Samsung should easily be able to fix. This is my second Samsung TV. I purchased my first one in 2013 and it is still going strong, so I’m hopeful this one will last a long time as well!

Great quality and picture. Smart we several functions to use including notifications from other house devices connected via SmartThings. The sound can be improved. I have a home theater system.

I love Samsung but all TV's today are susceptible to power outs and storm related power surges so always get the 5 year warranty. I had a 1 year warranty on my last Samsung and on the second year a power surge killed the TV and the cost to fix it was 3600 bucks so I bought this TV instead. The picture quality for Netflix Ultra 4k is awesome. That is about the only place besides Apple TV that you can view real 4K. Verison is ok for Fios but to do this TV justice you have to see 4K content. I could have had a 75 inch but play Xbox on this and pS4 and the TV automatically knows when I am playing a game and puts the TV into game mode which is awesome. There is no lag and the graphics look crazy good. Even old XBox 360 games like the original battlefield looks great on this TV. I had bought an 85 inch Sony but it didnt work with Xbox which was crazy. The TV was way too big for the room and I am much happier with a 65. Sometimes bigger is not better.

I am very happy with this TV. Easy to setup. I had a Samsung UHD4K and hated the remote and the same holds true for this remote. Too small for your hand, buttons are in the wrong positions on the remote. Thank goodness for Harmony Companion remote but the TV itself is excellent.

All I can say is wow! Picture is fantastic, colors pop, fast motion rate for crystal clear picture, great speakers that I’ll use until I add a sound system. Apple TV is a plus as now don’t have to buy a standalone Apple TV unit. Lot of TV fro the money! Highly recommend!!

Bought this tv last week. It was relatively easy to set up. Out previous tv was a Samsung that we’d had for 11 years. It has been good to us, so we are pretty loyal to the brand. The picture is amazing on it and so far we are really enjoying it! Hoping to put it to good use!

I've had this TV for about 2 weeks now and overall I'm very happy with it. On first impression, I was somewhat underwhelmed with the picture quality, specifically the lack of "pop" with HDR content. The Rtings review said the TV delivered HDR content with highlights that pop. Initially, I used the Rtings calibration settings but the picture looked dull to me with their recommended settings. At that point, I was considering returning the TV but before doing so, I searched for other settings. I found one user's settings on AV Forum that for me, made a big difference. The 3 main changes were: Picture Mode- Standard Color Tone- Warm 1 Gamma- Bt 1886 set to zero. (SDR only as HDR defaults to ST 2084) These changes along with some minor tweaks did the trick for me with both HDR and SDR. Now, I will definitely be keeping this TV. Btw, I realize that picture quality is mostly suited to individual taste, so it's all very subjective. I'm used to the LG Webos but after becoming more familiar with Tizen, it is pretty quick and does work well. The remote appears kinda' cheap and "mostly" functional. But I would have liked to see a dedicated source button, as well as 1 or 2 programmable buttons. On the other hand, the 3 buttons for Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu are useful to me. Also, Bixby commands for navigating are pretty decent, ie; saying "Xfinity" gets me to my cable TV source immediately eliminating the need for any button presses. As I mentioned at the beginning of my review, I'm happy with the purchase and with my current settings, the picture quality for me is excellent.
