Never seen a tv with a picture this clear and sharp Color is fantastic the refresh rate is great watching sports

I was disappointed because I was told I had to drive from my home in Murfreesboro, TN to another BB 70 miles away to pick up this set because BB would not deliver it. After making the 140 mile round trip to get the set, I had to wait over two weeks to have it installed. After having the set for three days, it stopped working, and I had to wait more days to get someone back out to service it. Finally the set is working, and now I have to use four remotes each time I watch TV (DirecTV to turn on, a remote to run the new sound bar, another remote (Apple TV) to access the special channels like NetFlix, HBOMAX, Disney, etc. and the Samsun remote to exit these. So, I am not a happy camper!

I owned a 55” Samsung and really wanted to get a larger 65” screen. I’ve been very happy with my Samsung so wanted to stay with same brand and I was waiting for the Q80 series to go on sale. It never did after months of waiting but the Q70 went on sale and seemed like a good deal so I decided to purchase it. Very happy with my decision. Beautiful picture and features. I don’t think the Q80 offers much more and price was significantly higher.

The apps are easy to use and everything was easy to set up. Picture and sound are good quality. Very satisfied

Very happy with my Samsung 65” TV. I selected this particular model (2019 vs 2020) because of the localized LED backlighting. It really makes a difference with contrast - true black blacks. Overall, the quality is excellent and setup was a breeze. Only two cables coming from the back of the unit - 1 power cord and 1 HDMI. I was skeptical about the remote with so few buttons but have been very pleased with the way it interfaces with the TV.

Quality picture and features drew me to this model. Sets up easy and beautiful colors in my dark basement.

Samsung never disappoints. Great tv. Don’t need professional set up if Not mounting it on wall. Does take 2 people to get it out of the box. Easy to program as well. Much better picture using a 4K HDMI cable vs the regular one I had. Great picture. Awesome colors. Only negative...took me a while to get just the right settings for color and picture quality. Easy to change but went to many websites for what the professionals would set it at.

The picture is very clear. Black is true. Sound quality is good. Holiday pricing was good. Easy to connect.

I have used Samsung products in India before moving to the USA such as window AC, Refrigerator, 50 inches LED TV and washing machine and was extremely happy with each of these products. So when I had to buy a big screen TV, I was completely clear that I was going to buy Samsung QLED, and to my expectations, this is a wonderful TV, completely clear picture, wonderful colors and pretty decent audio volume as well.
