I thought my 4k UHD TV's were incredible. This TV Blows them away. Simply Beautiful. I checked out the newest more expensive Models at 2 to 3 times the price and I could not notice any appreciable difference for the price this model was a steal for the quality we now enjoy in our family room.

I have never had to use two remotes with any television that I have owned since the remote was invented (age 75) The technician that installed it instructed me to use the television remote to turn it off and on, also to adjust the volume, use cable remote to change channels. I wish I had bought another Sony, so I could use only one remote.

Great TV, ,,Remote not so much.....

The remote however will not stay paired with the tv and the only fix is to remove the batteries and start set up all over again. I have been online with Samsung and tried all the suggested fixes, none worked ! The remote might stay paired for a day or only a short time, then remove batteries and start again !! Would really like a new remote but don't have any response from Best Buy or Samsung !!

I was able to get a fabulous deal on the 65 inch version since the Q70R from 2019 has been replaced by the Q80T in 2020. Have not had the chance to watch much 4K content yet, but regular HD and even SD content looks super. If you can still find this 2019 model around, you should jump at it.

Nice TV but flawed

However, I am extremely disappointed that the Apple TV app had refused to work despite the recommended factory reset. This is the app that I use the most and it’s aggravating that I will have to buy an Apple TV to supplement the smart TV capability. And don’t get me started on the atrocious Bixby. This will be my first and last Samsung TV. Samsung, please do a better job of quality control.

I use it mostly for watching movies and playing Xbox. I feel satisfied for the price I paid. When I got it I noticed a couple red marks on the screen. I called Best Buy and they quickly issued a return and replacement. No issues with them or the new TV. I am very satisfied.
