I’ll admit, I’m a Samsung kinda guy. Have owned several over years, and bought this one to replace a 55 inch curved series 6. I knew I wanted to get a QLED, and after looking at LG’s and Sony’s in this range, this one was my choice. First off.. this picture blows me away.. the blacks are BLACK.. the 4K definition looks as good as in the store on the demo loops. Some times better. Second.. you can get it for a grand! BB just refunded me 200 bucks because it is lower than when I bought it 2 weeks ago. You can buy the higher end models, there are stubble differences if you really dig into the specs.. but when you get this baby home and hooked up.. all that is a distant memory. For the money and performance.. you will be very hard pressed to do better than this tv. I couldn’t endorse it any stronger. If you’re still on the fence, jump off and start enjoying a beautiful television!

Sensational picture and easy to use with our other electronics

This is the 2019 version, which is- in my opinion- better than the new model. This one has full back lighting. The colors and contrasts are amazing. I get a great picture from most angles. The only down side for me is no Google Assistant- Bixby does not work as well. Nonetheless, I love this television and highly recommend it.

I did a lot of research on the 4 k TV’s and kept coming back to the Samsung and I’m glad I did! Sound and picture are unbelievable and I’m glad I let the Best Buy guy talk me into the 65 in over the 55 that I originally was going to buy. My wife and I feel like we’re right in the picture as we watch our favorite programs couldn’t be happier!

Color, Voice commands, ease of setting up all positives

Upgraded from a 5 year old Sony 4K TV that seemed obsolete, slow interface missing a lot of current apps and lacked HDR. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase such a huge difference, games and movies I had played on the old TV look night and day better. I would definitely google:YouTube optimal settings for the best picture.

It took me a bit to get the picture adjusted The way I prefer, but overall, this is a very nice TV. The image quality is consistent over various inputs (DirecTV, PS4 and Wi-Fi). I would definitely recommend purchasing it if you are looking for a good TV at a decent price.

PICTURE QUALITY IS GREAT AND LOVE THE EASE OF OPERATIONS.

We like the size of the Samsung 65" TV. Lots of extras that we have not yet engaged with. TV color and clarity are excellent. The set up procedure was simple and easy to follow. Minor problems we have encountered are not quite enough connecting ports and the User Manual could be more informing. Our biggest problem is we purchased a Polk soundbar to go with the TV and we have not been able to sync the sound when we connect to it. Because of the virus, we only got curbside service and did not get setup by a technician.

great picture quality for affordable price. easy to use.

This tv takes a little time to learn your rooms lighting etc. We were worried when we first turned it on as the picture wasn't great even in 4K. After about 24 hours there was a marked improvement in picture quality. Definitely worth the wait and the money. This is our third Samsung TV and we have been happy with all of them.
