It was a breeze to set up / the quality of the picture was better than anticipated / the sound is ok but I added a SoundBar that really makes it sound great / the tie into DirectTV was simple and works great / I am thinking about getting another one for another room!

Easy to use for internet tv - very easy setup however this tv’s picture is not maximized with WiFi internet connectivity (any tv of this refresh rate, etc needs to be plugged into the cable internet line). Sports and football is amazing as long as it’s hardwired to the internet.

Quality is very good. Setup was relatively easy. Helps if you are adept with phone apps for setup. I was able to connect my Sonos sound system but had to resort to YouTube for some help. App is not as helpful for non-Samsung accessories. Had to set it up through the TV menu.

Upgraded from an older 58" Samsung tv and the color and picture is amazing. Only problem is the Polk soundbar I bought worked with the tv for 1 day and now have to turn on manually and use optic cord instead of the Arc HDMI. Nonetheless it is the best tv I've owned!

This tv is well packed, light, and easy to set up and program. We have it in a room with windows on three sides with a lot of sunlight exposure, and the screen has way less glare than the plasma it replaced. The picture is incredible. Highly recommend this purchase

WOW! Dynamic picture, great sound. Added a sound bar with it for in home stereo when watching anything. Sports are like being there. Even my old eyes do not need glasses to read what goes across the bottom.

We love the picture of this TV. We are not that fond of the Intelligent Mode with the assistant "Bixby". It interrupts at weird times, notifies us that it is listening when we have not activated the microphone button. We disabled it and are more comfortable now.

This TV has a great picture. The sound quality is very good, though I did add a sound bar. The only con is the remote keeps picking up voices off the TV and thinks I am addressing the remote. I have come to the point where I have to remove the battery from the remote.

This is an upgrade from my 8 years old 3D TV (Budget restricted me to stick with Q70R compared to 80/90 series). Day and night difference when it comes to quality, I am 200% satisfied with it. And it perfectly blends in to my SmartThings home setup with other automations.

These Samsung smart tv's just do not disappoint. Set up is realtively easy and the navigation around through the apps is something even I can find. And I am not a millennial! The picture quality is tremendous as it always is with a higher end Samsung tv product

Worth every penny. A big upgrade from a unit damaged by the kiddos i bought 8 months ago. For the same size unit from Samsung this version cost $500 more, well worth it. The cheaper unit was great, but this is slick and fast and has a beauty that jumps out at you.

I like this TV. Great picture. I use for gaming and for watching tv, including sports and I think it handles both well. I generally am not bothered by blur as much as some are though (as a disclaimer). Just wondering though, when did the Tv input menu become advertising space?

This TV replaced an aging Panasonic plasma and there is a world of difference. I am not an expert but certainly can notice the difference. Although I am in my 70s I have had zero problems with the menu and the remote and can navigate easily through the items on the screen.

I upgraded from a 5 year old JS8000 Samsung and I do have to say the picture is outstanding. I am not crazy about the new OS. I found the previous set was a bit easier to use (changing inputs and settings), but getting used to this one. The one big downside for me is that it has no picture in picture. It did a great job finding local channels with an antenna, and would have been nice to have PIP for football season.

Strongly considered a sony or lg but as always I always end up going back to a Samsung. Did not want a cheap model or a super expensive model. This seemed like a good middle ground with good value. Picture is awesome for both hd and sd. Sounds is good as well

Great picture quality and features. You'll be spoiled and can't look at another TV the same! The apple airplay is a nice feature to share your Mac or phone display. Sound quality is exceptional and better than a mid-range sound bar.

We replaced out 55 inch Samsung with this 65 inch one. What a difference it makes. Crisp, clear picture. Everything seems to work just fine. If we get the same quality service from this tv as we did the last, this five rating will be totally accurate

Got this TV at a great price. Great picture, much better sound than my old Samsung TV. Using the Samsung app 'SmartThings' to set up the TV made the process very easy.

I just bought this tv and it has been amazing so far! Super high quality in color and style. It has a very slim Screen so it’s not bulky for the size of it. Obviously I would have liked the price to be lower but the cost is worth the quality of picture.

I haven’t been disappointed with a Samsung a TV and did it again. Love this TV and setup. Looks great and was a breeze to get going. The picture is amazing. It gets a very nice wide variety of play from baby videos to my Action movies and all look great! Not disappointed!
