Set up the Tv with wireless connection in less than a hour but waited for the Geek Squad to install a Sanus wall mount and a Rockfish wireless transmitter and receiver to a pair of rear speakers before using the tv with surround sound and my new Yamaha receiver.

This is the best TV I ever owned. I would recommend this TV to anybody

Tv was way to hang. The sound bar is blue tooth so no cables show. Perfect for people Who doesn’t like cables showing.

I purchased the TV online in order to receive the promo price and set up a delivery time frame that was given at the time of purchase however the delivery was delayed. Once I opened the box and set up the TV, I found one of the feet to have cosmetic damage and I have not been able to reach anyone at the store where I purchased the TV to get this corrected. Otherwise the rating would be a 5 star.

Love this TV and ability to talk to it, change devices, channel, source and streaming service. Much improved over our 2011 model which still has great quality in our den.

very bright, very vivid colors....speakers are so so, but i have a component system for surround sound so that is not an issue to me...if you go that route you will need an optical audio cable...also if you plan on mounting anywhere you will need 4 m8 bolts....great tv otherwise

Have the TV for two weeks now and gotta say it is a great purchase. This is my third Samsung TV and will continue to buy Samsung TVs.

I bought a Sony Bravia but it was way too dark in my living room I watch a lot of movies and my living room is always dark the Samsung not that happy with it seems like it pixelates real bad in the background of course Samsung when I called them they put up there pictures on there well how do they look that looks fine but in real life no I don't know what the deal is with it but I'm not happy with it probably go lg next time tried to get Samsung to give me a good deal on a q950 soundbar set up because I was so disappointed with this TV but they won't do I do love the fact that I get Samsung TV channels it

Was researching for a couple weeks and then to find out Best Buy had it on sale had to jump on it without hesitation and love it more than expected!

Awesome 65” Samsung with great 4K picture. If your in the market for a new tv this should be on your list!

Delivery was on point. The TV is amazing and easy to unpack and hook up.

Samsung products are always top notch and this one is no different. Looks good on top of our fireplace.

And with the sound bar - woofer and rear speakers it a great entertainment set up

I bought this tv brand new, and upon unboxing it noticed a bar code sticker was adhered directly to the front of the screen, directly touching the screen. There was red sharpie marker scribbled onto the sticker. I removed the sticker gently, and then noticed the red sharpie was also marked directly onto the screen. I tried calling to schedule a truck to come pick this up for a return, and the supervisor told me I could not get any sort of claim # as proof that I filed this complaint. I'd like a formal record showing that I identified this issue immediately, as I need assurances Best Buy will make this right. Attached are photos of the sticker and sharpie mark in question. I would like to schedule a truck to pick this up and give me a full refund immediately.
