For an affordable price, the picture detail, sharpness and black levels are excellent. Built-in apps and screen mirroring (both Android and Apple) are a bonus well worth their inclusion.

Needs better guide for electronic and system set-up, which is pretty non-existent. I had to call the help line to just get initial screen set-up to the point of actually seeing a TV channel. Help line had to log in to my TV, and install an update to get it to work with my Tivo.

The voice assistance is largely unresponsive and comes on spontaneously , VERY ANNOYING. Voice command is WORTHLESS. (0 Stars).

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the remote and Bixby.
For better voice control, we recommend you to turn off the far field mic setting and use the mic button on the remote instead.
To stop Bixby from activating itself, please go thru the following steps to make sure the far field mic is turned off:
1. Short press the mic button on the remote to get the Bixby Settings page.
2. Go to Explore Now > Settings > Voice Wake-Up > Select Off
