Highly rated. Replaced a 55" Samsung. Noticeably better picture. Biggest negative no detailed owners manual. Had to go find it on Internet

This was our first experience with a large screen TV. Refresh rate is more than adequate for our viewing. Picture quality is good, it depends on the signal received. When the scene is dark, we are able to see more of the images than we saw on our old TV.

All around excellent TV. What surprised us most, even after researching for a long time, was how great the sound was! Clear. Deep. Real.

Got this 65" to replace my 6 year old 60" Samsung. Absolutely love the picture, and for speakers I hooked up to my Sonos Playbase!!!

This QLED is excellent, nice colors, black and with the sound Bar that I brought I have real true sound

Great picture! However, don’t expect great from Comcast. Their signals are crappy at best. Hard inputs are the best pictures, Blu-ray players etc...

This TV is even better than advertised! The picture quality is stunning in both light and dark room. The 4k imagery is the best I have ever seen.

Very good experience the only thing that I don’t like is that some apps doesn’t work properly like showtime... the sound is good by the way..

Picture quality and the sound is great !! Samsung is always the preferred brand for electronics .. Would highly recommend anyone buying this Tv

This TV met all my expectations and the quality of the picture is great. Only issue is that the TV occasionally turns on by itself. I have heard that certain sound bars that are connected to the TV may have this affect. Will need to solve this problem

Almost went with the Q80 but watched a review comparing the two and the differences weren’t much. Saved money and am very pleased.

Only had this for a couple weeks but the picture is great. The clarity makes normal movies look incredible. Watched Ten commandments and colors never seen were brought out. Could see every sequin on their clothes. Very satisfied right now

I would highly recommend getting the q7. This model is way better then last years. Yes the picture is very clean. The colors are on point.

The only negative I have is that the voice activated “Bixby” will come on at various times- haven’t figured out how to deactivate it

Great tv for the price. I originally had a LG OLES that had a dead pixel (that later turned into a solid double green line) at unboxing. I switched it for this TV and glad I did. The colors are amazing!

We purchased this tv due to our "old" one not allowing smart options. Love this tv more then any of the other ones we have ever gotten

Very nice TV with superior view. Only downside is its inbuilt cast does not works with apps like Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc.

This tv is fantastic and an excellent purchase. I give four stars because it is shiny finish (not matted) and catches the reflection of the lights and windows in the house. Still, it’s beautiful. The blacks are super black and the colors are super vibrant.
