quiet, lets me know when final cycle has ended. like to see the time for each cycle. doesn't waste my time trying to figure out when clothes will be ready.

I purchased this dryer as an open box item - delivery was a bit slow but installation was very fast. Works great! I would recommend this product.

Never bought this brand before but it was loaded with a lot of extra options i.e. steam cycle for a dryer.

Works good. Does what it's supposed to do. I really like the steam function to take out wrinkles.

We bought this as a display model for significantly less than retail. Works great, but if I paid full price, I'd possibly get a little annoyed. The timer will say like 53 minutes when you set it and hit start. Then you come back 10 minutes later and it could be more. It should be able to detect moisture and let me know the time a bit faster. Again, I paid half retail, so I'm not mad. Had I paid full retail, I'd have a bit of a beef. :)

The dryer works just fine. Purchased the gas dryer and install after being assured by online rep that BB can install gas dryer if I purchase the vent and gas line kits. Old dryer take away included. Dryer was delivered and crew said they could not install gas dryer. Called my own plumber to install. Had both dryers sitting at home cause they couldn't disconnect the old one either. My plumber did not need the gas or vent kits. BB said they would pick them up with the old dryer. BB came for old dryer but crew said they couldn't take back the kits. I would have to take them to a store. Spoke to BB phone rep to get credit for my own install as I had paid for installation. Nothing was done. I sat with two dryers for a month. Still trying to get credit for the install and the kits. I had tried to use BB install for a dishwasher this year as well. After 3 aborted visits, I also had to use my own plumber. BB did at least pay for that mess up. Bottom line: I will NEVER use BB installation service again, unless they are just unplugging and pugging in a new appliance. In the meantime, I am still trying to get credit, and dealing with customer service this time has also been a nightmare.

This dryer is one of the best I ever had. It is very easy to use and very energy efficient.

Product works as expected, and got a nice price during November with black Friday sales.

Drys clothes very quickly. My other dryer would take an hour. This dryer only takes 30 min.

We read several reviews on this model and wanted to check it out. We first looked in a home improvement store and were impressed with what we saw. We did shop another local store but didn't see anything we liked so we stopped at BestBuy to see what they had. We found the same make and model for $100 less that the first store and bought it that night. Delivery was free and fast!
