The buttons are on the top in back. This is hard to reach for short people if you have the printer on a stand. The buttons are insensitive, and you have to push hard for powering it on. However, once you learn the feel the dryer works great. I love the steam feature.

Easy to use, good pre-defined options. Silent cycles ... efficient. Good buy for the price.

The only bad thing I have found with this dryer is when you are drying jeans. I have found if the pockets are still damp and you turn the dryer back on it will only stay on for maybe 5 min. I love the sanitize cycle. Overall this is a must buy.

I bought this with a matching the Samsung washer. My old washer started making some loud squeals and was 10 or 15 years old as was the dryer I bought with it way back when. I donated the dryer to Goodwill and sent the washer to a place for repair/recycling. I was excited to work with the new larger units, thinking about how nice they look and how much time would be saved. The problem is that this new dryer simply takes forever to dry anything. I noticed it has a smaller gas connection, but I don't even want to compare gas costs because this dryer takes 3 cycles to dry regular loads, so I am guessing the total energy consumed has to be at least 2X, maybe more. I am sure the clothes are getting worn out sooner from the extended tumbling due to the very long time needed to dry. I have cleaned out the hot air duct system to make sure it was not the problem. I have a longer than average duct system, but the old dryer was not affected by that. Using the steam function wets down the load even more and clothes will never dry. I wish I had my old school dryer back- it would dry everything completely in 1 cycle. This dryer simply has many bells and whistles, which would be fine if it would just do the most basic task- dry clothes in under an hour. These Samsung machines are large capacity and look great, but have turned a relatively simple chore like doing laundry into a full time job. This was the biggest waste of money I have have ever experienced on what I would consider a major purchase. I may have to sell them and get something from a company better known for major appliances like washers and dryers.

Very efficient dryer, it helps get the laundry done a lot faster. One thing if Best buys is delivering and installing make sure they add the water hookup and install said water installation kit, so the steam feature will work.

Had no clue the drums in both appliances were so large. excellent wash, clothes are clean and fresh smelling. Know that the dryer has a steam cycle which requires additional set up. Very happy that I finally purchase them,

Have had zero problems with this dryer, can dry two average loads on one setting. when it's done will continue to tumble to keep your clothes from getting wrinkled. Easy to use.

A great dryer for the price. I would give it 5 stars but I don't care for the setting that uses steam. The clothes come out damp and I find that I have to dry them again.

For the most part its a good dryer but I've had difficulty with the normal dryer setting and prefer the timed drying times. The wrinkle free setting works very well.

Numerous settings take a while to figure out. Takes a little longer to dry than expected. Also a little loud for the cost. Over all a good machine, now that I've adjusted to the differences from my old machine. The machine will continue until you stop it. This is to keep your clothes from wrinkling. Its a good thing as long as your paying attention to your laundry. I may have expected too much from modern technology.

Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle Steam Gas Dryer - White has it all and is very attractive. The steam cycle is a wonderful addition to a dryer that is well priced.

So far the set has been great. Since it was delivered, we have been using it every other day. It fits perfectly in my new washroom.

While we could have bought a more expensive dryer the features on this one do everything we need. We are very pleased with our purchase.

We returned another brand for the Samsung. We couldn't be more pleased. The dryer is efficient and drying time has been reduced.

Steam does not work the hose for it was defective so was not able to hook it up need to wait 3-4 weeks till part comes in

I haven't needed to buy a dryer in 14 years & this was the perfect choice for me. Hopefully this one lasts 14 years too.
