This has been a good dryer so far, but we have been unable to use the sanitizing feature with shoes as-displayed to us in the store because the dryer did not come with a platform to insert into the machine as it had in the display. Can't figure out if it was supposed to come with one, either. Other than that, it dries clothes well.

Washer - OK - Did a ok job. The fancy features make no much difference Dryer - Great - Large capacity and efficient.

I specifically wanted the steam option for wrinkly clothes. I used the wrinkle setting on a single pair of pants and they came out very damp. I need to try that again to see if it was something that I did, or it I was just too impatient. I have no complaints about the dryer. We love the gas option.

Love our dryer! You can change the opening to open from right to left. Easy to do. Very happy with the Samsung Brand.

Lots of research and my heart was set on this set. The dryer has not disappointed yet and all the settings make laundry really simple. For years I had to separate so many loads because drying was just too hard on the fabric... Not anymore!! The old drying rack is starting to collect dust! :P

So far so good. We have only had this unit for a couple of months and are still trying out all the features but as of right now we are very pleased. We have been able to do big loads with no issues. I even did a large sleeping bag which I would normally would have taken to a Laundromat with no problems.

This dryer is great!! I love that it has preset drying options. The only issue I have with it is that if you don't have enough stuff in the dryer and use one of the preset times...the items will not dry all the way. In situations like that I recommend using the manual timed dry.

I love my machines.... it have a quick wash that wash the clothes in 25 minutes. And washes great!!!

Great reversible door. I like that there are a variety of cycles - delicate, no heat, etc.

This replaced my old electric dryer that had finally died. This has a ton of Capacity and lots of different drying options. Its worked great for almost two years without a problem. We use it pretty heavily.

It is quiet, it does not shake the house in spin mode and the clothes come out very clean. My only reason for holding back a star is that the softener and bleach dispensers do not work efficiently (residue left in dispenser). Only drawback so far.

I love the dryer. Gas is worth the extra money vs. electric. Good value for money.

I would still purchase this product if I should need another in the future.
