We had been so happy with our new dryer. It's so quiet and the drying is fantastic.

Great dryer and lots of options for drying cycles.

I have towels that are 20 years old and were feeling scratchy even with Lots of fabric softener. One time in the new dryer and they were thicker and softer than they had been for years! I loved my 20 plus year old dryer and it still functioned and I hesitated updating my dryer but so glad I did it. I work full time and just couldn't deal with having the dryer down, waiting for repairman to make it out 3-4 times a year plus the steam feature is great when we fall asleep before we get clothes out of dryer. Haven't tried drying my king size comforter yet. Am expecting it to Be fluffier!

It dries the clothes. So it does what it's supposed to do. Things i have noticed, but aren't bad. Clothes seem more staticy. In our old dryer we used the Bounce Bars and it seemed to work. in our new house it must be dryer in the house because everything seems more staticy. It is probably the house and has nothing to do with dryer, but I'm thinking of adding a second bar to the dryer. I despise having static cling on my clothes. With our king size sheets sometimes you have to go in and unroll them in the dryer or they wont completely dry. This isn't a new thing we had to with our old one as well, but just mentioning it. Hence why it didn't lose stars. We actually really like our samsung washer and dryer.

Same issue as the washer, to low to the ground to see to get the clothes out. The manufactured platforms elevate the machines to high to use to fold clothes, so we have to build a platform.

This was a large purchase for me but I wanted something that was going to last. I used this product with the matching washer. The combination has cut my washing and drying time in half. Large capacity with load sensing technology saves on water and drying times. The clothes smell great all day. Wonderful product I spent over a month looking for the best option and couldn't be happier.

It's a great dryer. Works quickly on the clothes from the matching washer. Quiet. Looks cool. No worries. Feeling good about it.

I feel the low setting is still very warm. I always dry on low setting.

My washer died and I replaced it. I wasn't planning on getting the matching dryer at first, but the capacity of the washer exceeded my old dryer. I bought the dryer a month later and am very pleased. The large drum size allows for big items to dry fast. There are many cycles and I have been trying all of them. The steam cycles do reduce wrinkles significantly but I still would iron dress shirts for a crisp look. Sheets and blankets tend to roll up and trap small items within them and consequently they don't get as dry, so I usually stop the load at some point and shake them out. Overall a nice dryer.

I am very pleased with how much I can fit into this dyer and still have everything dry with little hassle. We just moved and had our new laundry machines installed the day after. We've been doing A LOT of laundry and these Samsung machines have made the job easier. I have run into the problem that too many bedsheets can get tangled up and not completely dried, but I'm confident that I can find a setting that will adjust this slight problem away.

I had my dryer delivered on a Friday Feb. 8th used it everyday and then 1 week of use only doing about 2 loads a day that following Friday Feb.15th I did 3 small loads and when I did my 4th load it stopped drying it was running but no heat and then when you tried to turn it on again to finish drying the wet load I had it only ran 2-5 minutes and stopped no matter what cycle I used. I had my husband call Best Buy to get it fixed and they are not coming out till Feb.26th.

We upgraded our 10 year old Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer with the Samsung Steam Washer and Dryer in Platinum. We did a lot of research first, and relied on the reviews at Best Buy. Over the 4th of July holiday Best Buy had a terrific sale on the set, so we decided to purchase the set. They are fabulous! They run so quietly you don't even notice them until the chimes play at the end of the cycle. The color of the Platinum set looks awesome in our laundry room too! Would highly recommend this set to anyone!

I love both my washer and dryer. I am so glad I traded in my old kemore front end loaders for these. I also love that the water is hooked up to the dryer for the stream setting. All the other dryers I looked at had to have water added. I read in some of the other reviews that they couldn't hear the music when the dryer was done. I have not had a problem hearing it.

This was my first major purchase for my new house. I am glad I choose Best Buy for it. The specialist who helped us was patient and answered our silly questions. The delivery was amazing. While I was unloading a U-Haul, they were in and out before I knew it. Overall, very happy with it. I have yet to use all of the features on it, but am confident this can get the job done.

Dont have a bad word about this dryer. Picked it up as open box, saved $300 on the price for a small dent and some marks! Multiple cycles for all kinds of drying needs, from sheets to delicates. So far, havent managed to shrink or burn anything, which is a win for me. At the price, I cant really complain at all.

We had been looking for a washer and dryer and were contemplating a front load or top load. We are so glad we went front load and love these machines. Still new but have loved everything about them. We are comparing them with our old washer and dryer that were just your basic run of the mill small top load. Great machines.

After using the product I discovered that I probably needed the model number above this one.
