We're very pleased we bought this dryer a couple of months ago. It's a bit pricey, but we wanted the steam feature. The auto-sensing dry cycles usually take less time than they initially say, so we've been pleased with how quickly the dryer finishes. The steam cycle does an ok -- not great -- job releasing wrinkles, but it's better than our previous conventional dryer. The ironing load has decreased somewhat, but not quite as much as we had hoped. Overall, an excellent dryer.

There are so many choices for the dryer cycles, probably won't use them all but just knowing I have those choices is great. My old laundry pair seemed slow and didn't clean and dry the clothes like I wanted them to. It would take me 6 to 8 hours to do 5 loads of laundry now I'm done in just a couple of hours. I purchased the laundry set with the pedestals from Best Buy and Melissa helped me with the process. With a great sale price and her knowledge of appliances she sold me a great pair.

Samsung customer service voided the warranty on my brand new dryer because I opened the front cover and looked at the heating element. The brand new dryer worked for one load then no longer heated up. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't the new wiring that was put in and it wasn't so I started working through the trouble shooting suggestion end and figured out it was the heating element. Next time I take a look at one of your poorly made appliances and have to call... I will just lie to you because apparently that is the only way to be treated fairly. I plan on updating our kitchen appliances this year and I will not even consider Samsaung. You will do anything to save a few bucks including turning away a young customer who will never trust you again.

Overall great features. Has all settings you may need.

A friend talked me into getting this dryer with steam and it's totally been worth it! I like that the water line hooks directly to the dryer, so I don't have to fill it up (like the LG). My only complaint (a small one) is that I can't hear the alarm, even on loud, if I am in another room.

Love dryer. Does a good job removing wrinkles. Checked other retailers and Best Buy had the best price.

Shipping and installation was simple. We bought a gas model at first, without realizing that we didn't have the gas hook up. Calling our local best buy and exchanging for the electric model was simple and the physical exchange was quick and easy. We even got a refund because the electric model was a little cheaper. Love the W/D performance and the look is very modern and sleek. Overall happy with the purchase.

This dryer drys very fast even before the washer is done. It leaves very few if any wrinkles.

Very quiet, dryers after then I expected. Easy cycles to figure out.

I like the different cycles especially the steam refresh.

The installers did not hook up the hose for the steam cycle and did not tell us this fact. After weeks of using the machine, I notice the extra hoses in the corner of the laundry and discovered they were for the dryer. Luckily, we had not yet attempted to use the steam cycle.

We got this dryer during the 4th of July sale and and are in love. This is a great dyer. Does the job well each time every time.

Great dryer, quiet and less time on drying. My only complaint is it doesn't get a Q comforter dry, I guess no way to undo the curling inside,only about 1/3 dry after 2 attempts.

This replaced old dryer in kitchen. It is very easy to operate. Settings are easy to understand.

Dries fast without overheat. Would prefer to be able to set heat level for some cycles.

The perfect dryer for every fabric! And I will definitely save on my dry cleaning bill.

Very good build quality. More than adequate selection of features. Dries well although most programs seem to take 45-50.
