Manufacture Defect - Junk

Samsung dryers are notorious for this factory defect. Your dryer will begin sounding like a pair of boots are inside. A little investigation will reveal a one inch crack (which will eventually migrate) along the rear factory weld. Understandably, the warranty is 12 months...however this is a manufacturing/design defect! Samsung coustomer service is abysmal. Fix it yourself easily for $250 in parts or, pay a tech $400.Too high either way for factory flaw! Samsung is aware of this problem and refuses to provide a new drum...even at a reasonable price. BOTTOM LINE: The drum should last the life of a dryer. BEWARE SAMSUNG!

I'm a single Dad of two, they spend half of their time with me....
Just under 3 years and the dryer won't run.....no telling how much this is going to cost. And this is the first time I've ever had a problem with a dryer before. This is the most I've spent on a dryer too!!
