Better than expected. Upgraded from a 10 year TV, and this is a big change for us. The images are clearer and Samsung TV free of charge is an additional perk! No need extra antenna for local news.

I had a horrible beginning experience by ordering a ship to home tv but I took it to the local store and they were wonderful! Helped me swap it out for a new one the tv is great perfect crystal clear picture

Finally got it mounted and have the chance to enjoy it. It's has a beautiful picture and such an upgrade from my old Samsung 46". It connects to my old sound bar as well, bonus!

This is an awesome TV. Clear picture and good sound. The salesperson recommended a sound bar, and I did buy, but the sound is not bad. Highly recommend.

This tv is ok for wha I paid for it. It has a lag issue when you link other remotes like the harmony remote. It works fine with Sonos surround sound. Has some glitches every so often with the internet. Good picture otherwise. But if you don’t mind any of these issues then it’s a good tv for its functionality.

Nice and bright, nice and dark, nice from wide angles. I wish there were more connection options, including simply analog audio out, and more than two HDMI inputs? I feel like it’s already outdated and I have to cobble together adapters to just connect a gaming console and my existing audio system. The Home Screen of this smart TV is… not so smart. Or too smart? It has streaming services I’m never going to use, and the ones I added are out at the end so I have to click a lot to get to what I want to watch. I’m a lot less likely to sign up for your sponsors’ services if they’re in my way every time. Seriously, I’ve never tried them and I already hate them. Overall, it’s as good as any other good TV at this price from a big seller.

This television is everything i wanted out of a tv and has cool features such as automatic in when you turn in a device hooked up. Picture and quality is great!

Most of the electronics I purchase are Samsung. This TV amazed me. Clarity and sound is everything. It gives off movie theater experince.

Right out of the box, this TV was nothing but a problem. First, the remote control did not work. No matter how hard or how soft you pressed the keys, it would not change channels or control the volume. I immediately contacted Samsung regarding this issue and ran into a lot of resistance to getting me a new remote control. Finally, after two weeks, I was told that they were going to send me a new remote, but it would take a week to work through the system and ship. So, three weeks later a new remote showed up with almost the same issues. In the interim, I had secured a new modem with a voice-activated remote for channels and a key for volume and both worked flawlessly. But then the picture started disappearing. First in a split screen situation, 50/50, and then in a 40/60, 60 being black, and then on down to a 30/70. So, I had my provider come out to my home. He troubleshot my whole system from modem to TV and found a perfect signal at the TV, but little or no picture. We turned the TV off for 15 minutes and upon restart, we had a 100% screen picture. Two days later without the provider tech, the screen headed to black once again. This time I turned the TV off for 15 minutes, but it still didn't work. So, I turned it off for another 30 minutes and turned it back on and we had a clear picture. This went on for weeks until I just turned the TV off and watched another TV in the bedroom. I can sometimes get a picture back after it is off for an undetermined amount of time, but you never know when it will go out again and for how long you will have to keep it off until the picture comes back, or the volume comes back. As this was a gift for Christmas from my sister-in-law and Nephew, I have been reluctant to take the TV back for an exchange. But now the time has come to exchange it for another Samsung, or perhaps a better TV.

Crystal clear, not that heavy but not flimsy too. Screen got hit by a drone one time but screen remains unscathed. Product is sturdy enough to withstand that.

Great TV had it for a year and no problems at all.
