I’ve had the Samsung S84D Series 77-inch OLED TV set up in my living room for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s the best screen I’ve ever owned. Right out of the box, the picture quality blew me away. The OLED panel produces these incredibly deep blacks—movies look so lifelike, it’s kind of surreal! Colors pop off the screen, and thanks to the 4K resolution, everything is crisp whether I’m watching a blockbuster or just streaming YouTube. The Tizen operating system is a breeze to use. Switching between Netflix, Disney+, and the other built-in apps feels smooth and intuitive—plus, the voice assistant is actually helpful for finding content or controlling other smart devices around the house. If you’re into gaming like I am, this TV is a treat. It supports HDMI 2.1, variable refresh rate, and all that next-gen stuff, so playing on my PlayStation 5 feels unbelievably smooth. No lag, no motion blur, just pure immersive gameplay. That said, if you're all about HDR gaming, sometimes the brightness dips in really intense scenes, but it’s a minor thing unless you’re super picky. One thing I wish was better: the speakers. This was my first OLED and I am very impressed; plus the screen size is perfect for our new home theater. This was definitely the "icing on the cake" for finishing up the home theater project/remodel. Best Buy was great to work with. I originally had a different kind of TV arrive and it was broken in the box, and Best Buy was awesome to work with on getting it sorted out. I ended up returning the broken TV and exchanged it for this one instead, and I am very happy. I'm impressed with the Best Buy staff on how they helped answer my questions and helped me with getting the other tv returned. Back to the TV review, this TV is very clear/sharp, has very black contrast and with the picture being so realistic while watching movies, it's almost like you can reach out and touch the object that you're watching; it's truly an amazing TV. We've been a fan of Samsung TVs for many years, in fact we have one Samsung TV that is 11 years old and still works, so we know we made the right decision to go with Samsung. I'm running my sound through a receiver for home surround sound, but while I was testing everything I just temporarily used the built-in speakers that come with the TV, and I'm very impressed with how good it sounds given how thin this TV is. Thank you again Best Buy, your customer service made this a very pleasant experience.

TV is great. 77" was smaller than i was looking for but getting an OLED vs QLED was the best choice I've made. The colors are so vibrant and crisp, the screen is only 1/2" thick and it looks amazing on my wall.

Watching movies or shows feels like a mini cinema experience, especially with HDR. 2. Sleek and Stylish: The TV is super slim and looks great in my living room. 3. Easy-to-Use Smart Features: All my favorite apps (like Netflix and YouTube) work smoothly. What Could Be Better: 1. Sound Is Just Okay: It’s fine for regular TV, but the speakers don’t have much bass. I’d recommend getting a soundbar if you want that full audio experience. 2. Still a Little Pricey: Even with the discount, it’s not cheap, but I think the quality makes it worth it. Overall: I’m super happy with my purchase, especially because I got it on sale! The picture quality is the best part, and the smart features make it really easy to use.

One of the best TVs on the market picture quality, colors, style and design. The best thing about it was the price a black Friday special half off the original price for an OLED!! This is my third Samsung TV and I can honestly say this one’s the best one so far.

I recently purchased 75' Neo QLED a few weeks ago during early black friday deal since I was upgrading from 55' because it looked small in mancave. I happen to stumble across this TV on Black Friday in store for the same amount & bigger TV. I'm glad i did, my only issue was I had to have it delivered this time because it would not fit into my suv. In-store exchange was easy. The hardest thing was finding the right full motion mount for '24 stud. I pass through receiver w/ 2.1 hdmi cables & run fiber optic audio. I really like the game mode on this TV. Game play ps5 no lag is smoother & faster w/120 refresh. I watch movies in 4k with 4k player & movies are crystal clear (hdr10+) on amazon firestick!! I like the feature w/ amazon alexa when someone rings my doorbell, video will pop up on screen. Set-up was easy through smartthings app, especially since I have samsung ecosystem: phone, tablet, tv, 4k player, etc. Happy I made the upgrade!! :-)

Ivwe wanted to upgrade to an OLED for awhile now. Best Buy, as usual have great Black Friday sales so I did some research taking brand and pricing into consideration. Saw the reviews and finally purchased my Samsung - 77” Class S84D Series 4K OLED Smart Tizen TV. It is quite heavy, and it requires two or more to move it. Setting up was easy and I couldn't be happier with the results. I considered other brands but this home theater fits all my needs. I highly recommend Best Buy for your electronics purchases and this Samsung TV for the many years of watching my favorite sports and movies.

This is the largest tv and the first OLED I’ve purchased so far. It is a major upgrade from uhd led. Only small complaint is the small remote.

This is a awesome tv setup six speakers in the back. No need for a sound bar! Excellent picture you can't ask for more!! Easy clean setup, love this tv! It has 4 Hdmi ports in the back you cant ask for more, you can hook up all your devices and they look amazing ps5, Playstation, Nintendo switch.

Great TV. Great Value. The interface is nice and smooth when switching between apps and an HDMI source. The picture is amazing. Watching 4K video you really see the difference with the OLED.

The color and speed of this TV has been great compared to my previous TV. The size actually looks larger in the room we have it in and when added with the fancy LED's, it makes for a great TV watching experience!

This TV is huge. Looks good. It Has a great picture and for gaming, it's the bomb. But watch out for Alexia She'll get you when not evening asking. Fits my room well 15ft x 17ft I was a little disturbed by the size of the remote. Like how I'm I supposed to do everything that this TV offers for such a little remote that. It's so fragile and tiny, probably break after so many uses. Update some the apps don't work and so if you can't find a way to update the apps just unplug the tv for 45 seconds and start back up Youtube seems to be a problem. for watching recorded material. Needs away to reset apps thats convenient

OLED is definitely the way to go. The picture quality is super crisp. The 120Hz refresh rate makes fast moving scenes very fluid. I initially went to buy a 85 in Qled tv but the difference in crispness and fluidity of the OLED was unmatched! You will not be disappointed!

This TV is absolutely stunning with its massive screen and incredible picture quality. Here’s my current setup: I have an Apple TV 4K (3rd gen) connected to the HDMI eARC port, paired with a 2nd gen HomePod for immersive sound. To elevate the experience even further, I installed Nanoleaf 4D lights behind the TV, adding dynamic ambient lighting that complements every scene. The result? A viewing experience that’s truly next-level. With the addition of Samsung TV Plus and other streaming services, we’re seriously considering cutting the cord on traditional cable.
