A good phone for the price. I was expecting a cheap phone for only $300 but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the phone. It works well, has a decent battery life, and takes far better pictures than my old iPhone ever did.

I bought this Samsung Galaxy A25 5G 128GB in late April 2024. The phone worked great until about a week ago when it started randomly shutting down (not a reboot), even with the Auto Restart function disengaged in Device Care. Today, June 5, 2024, the phone shut down (not a reboot) numerous times. There is no button interference caused by the third party phone protector/case and all the software updates are current. Side Note: After booting up the phone, the time is also incorrect. The time starts at 0049 (24 hour clock time), then updates to the proper time after a few minutes. I just performed a search for the phantom shutdown issue and found similar complaints on the Samsung website, along with other sites with reviews concerning the Samsung A25 5G 128GB. I also checked my Best Buy account and it states "No longer returnable" - go figure!! I paid a lot of money for this phone. Before I purchased it, I read some reviews, which were all positive, yet here I am with a "No longer returnable," defective phone. I am hacked-off, to write the least. I had a gut feeling that I should continue being a loyal IPhone user, but I decided to buy this Samsung cell phone instead - bad idea, so far. If I take the fall with this phone, I will buy a variation of the domain name "Samsung," develop the website and let everyone on the planet know what happened to me - and it will be on or about the first page on the most commonly used search engine. I hope Best Buy or Samsung corrects this problem and fast.

Terrible phone. I've used it with multiple sim cards, multiple carriers, wasted so much time trouble shooting, only to realize it's just the phone. Just doesn't get service in some places, even though the same sim in a different phone works fine. Don't buy.

I upgraded from the Samsung A51 and Ican confidently say this phone is much better. Better and bigger screen, smooth and prompt touch screen response and a nice looking screen. 6GB ram and the 128GB storage is a huge plus as well. No issues with overheating so that is also nice. get's daily personal and professional use. Can't beat the price for this product!

Nice to get a powerful unlocked phone with 5g for 300 bucks. Enough 6gb of RAM for daily use. Big screen in this price range. Nice responsive finger print sensor on the power button. Works well. Phone is a bit too thick and the body edges are smth to get used to. But it's a budget phone. Recent android version or samsung's ONEUI system is a bit more buggy than my old phone, bit hopefully they'll push the updates. Still it's a nice up to date android operating system! I guess 5g generally drains your phone faster. But you could disable that i guess. Battery is not bad though. These days you never have enough charge with active use. Well, reconsider how much time you spend on your phone or get a powerbank. Wouldn't say the battery life is poor though. Just average probably .

Bought this for my wife to replace her busted Pixel 6a, and she is thrilled with the phone. The photo quality is excellent, the expansion capability is very nice, and the performance does everything she wants with it. Fantastic value.

Excellent 5G phone. Bright display can easily be seen outdoors. Even with a maximum battery charge of 85% for battery longevity, I inevutably get two days and often three days activity on the phone. The camera is very good under all the codtions that I have used. The 10x zoom is not incredibly sharp but certainly usable. Portrait mode is good not obly for people but also for closeups of items like flowers. The fingerprint reader for turning on the phone seems reliable and reasonsble secure. Thrsinex on one finger it wont turn on with others. Phone has a lot of value for the price

Awesome for about 4 months, great camera and battery life. Not sure what happened, maybe a system update? Now it won't stay registered on a network provider, even when on wi-fi. I have to wait a long time for it to scan for providers and then even more time for it to register with them. When this happens, I can't get internet away from wifi. Once registered it works great. Now the charger port is malfunctioning too. I will see if I can get it repaired. It is hard for me to accept that I may have to buy another phone in such a short time. I am glad I didn't pay more than the $250 but the real disappointment is having to set up yet another phone.

Good product I like the camera and the size the color the spave

I had my phone 14 days it started shutting down today every time i tried to use it and was getting super hot. I loved that phone. I am afraid to try it again because i don't want the same thing to happen again. I had to ship out to return because of a best buy being 1 hour away for me one way and i had 1 day left to return it for a refund. I even factory reset my phone thinking that would stop it but no it did it again so i knew there is something going on inside of it. If you do buy watch when your deadline is to return it. I don't have anything else running on that phone or background apps to over heat it started right after there was an update and i ran the update for the phone.

I love this phone... love Samsung... I thought I'd try a Motorola and regretted it every minute. That one finally busted and I will never get anything but Samsung again. Battery great, memory great, no crashes, no lag, no issues at all! Very happy with the camera, crisp vivid screen. I just can't say enough about this phone. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect bang for the buck phone . Screen is a very good size and moves through pretty quick . This phone is perfect for those who need a phone to work and get the job done for them . Now camera isn’t gonna be like a hdr camera but it has zoom lenses which are pretty impressive for the price .

Slow Exynos 1280. Phone gets very hot. The camera is mediocre. The feel in hand is nice and the AMOLED screen is top notch and the battery is solid when the phone is not running too hot. Good for a kid or older person imho.

After having this for less than a month, i say its worth buying. 128gb of storage and 6gb ram is fast enough to play games, edit video using apps like PowerDirector, and having 5g. I have cricket wireless as my carrier and it works just as fine than my previous phone i had
