This laptop was refurbished but in excellent condition. I love it! The screen is just the right size. Not too big, not too small. The drive is not too big but good enough for daily tasks.

RETURNED. Needed a Windows system ASAP for an older piece of hardware... purchased this as a middle ground price, but not bottom level price along w/ quicker CPU usage. It runs Snapdragon/ arm64, my program ended up having to run off intel or amd. This screen looked ok in the store, but at home it really was washed out like others mention- almost powdery- the add photos are not true to real life and I DID adjust everything possible to help enhance, it was a no go.. The keyboard is shallow, but I loved my last Samsung laptop so I knew what to expect... this was not it. It is VERY thin and light and plastic... looks sturdy like a Mac or metal frame, it is not. The cutout to help fingers open is useless- not enough depth and opening was usually a few tries process. The trackpad was great- I did not have any issues like others mentioned. The Windows 10 update stalled of course- had to hunt for a fix, delete a driver and do a restore and 2 days later the update installed along with restoring the driver... (I now remember why I had switched to Mac years ago). I ended up returning this for an even exchange due to a sale for the HP - Pavilion x360 2-in-1 11.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Pentium Silver - 4GB Memory - 128 SSD - Natural Silver. This little HP is smaller but way more superior! The colors, contrast, sharpness is vivid like my iPad, the touch screen works great/ folds for tablet mode, the KEYBOARD IS AWESOME!... like an older gen clicky keyboard minus the click sounds! The sound is decent/ speakers on bottom so lap and fold overs suffer a smidge, but bluetooth connects w/out issue if needed. Has several ports, missing the standard SD slot, so you'll need a hub. Not a single issue with updates straight to Win11 without any glitches.

I love this laptop! Processor speed is good. It's just the right size, and very compact, and light weight. Screen brightness is very good. And has enough ports for external storage. With one USB A 3.2 And 2 USB C 3.2 ports. But it could use more internal storage. Overall love it!

I am not too computer savvy. But I did notice the computer freezes when browsing. This is annoying because it won’t allow rebooting or turning it off. Otherwise it is a great computer for a student.

It wasn’t bad honestly. Only bad thing was that it froze on me during an online test. Other than that it was worth the money. You get what you pay for

Great laptop for a college student. It’s affordable, lightweight, runs well and holds a charge for an impressive 18 hours or so. I like being able to carry it around in my backpack on campus where a heavier laptop may lead to more strain. Also, a personal thing, my hands are quite large and so when purchasing my laptop I made sure to try typing on a few different display models. This particular laptop had a decent sized keyboard which was much more comfortable for typing. Also windows OS > apple OS so I would absolutely recommend. Bought for my wife as a gift. She uses it to stream videos, watch movies and tv shows and for excel/word documents. Works pretty good for a compact laptop

I needed a new computer for class, after finding a row of computers in my price range, Sabrina, the Best Buy associate, helped identify a computer that fit my needs. I've only had it a week, but the Samsung Galaxy Book Go is quick with lots of apps from windows and has some built-in security. I purchased the WebRoots security, but unfortunately it wasn't compatible with Samsung. I also was informed by Sabrina about geek squad pricing, and purchased the membership.

Even for being an open box special it came in great condition with everything. You couldnt tell it was an open box special. Thanls best buy for making me a regalur customer.

I am law school student and purchased this computer in a pinch, only to return it within 10 days. Pros: - Price - this was the main reason I bought the computer. I had needed one immediately after my other computer crashed and was able to get the device without breaking the bank. As a student, I am highly-cost conscious so this was the main appeal. - Good keyboard and display. I was able to type quickly and the display was bright. Overall, this is a stylish laptop! - Good battery life Cons: - The mousepad - difficult to use and would often be either unresponsive or lag. Makes for a frustrating experience. - Programs either ran slowly or lagged. - Lack of computing power. I underestimated what this would mean when I initially bought the device. I mostly need a laptop to run Microsoft Office programs, stream videos, and complete tasks on other business-oriented software, like Adobe PDF, without any issues. However, the exam software mandated by my school, though designed for Windows, was incompatible with the device. This is what prompted me to return the laptop and purchase a different unit. Bottom line: If possible, I recommend spending a few hundred dollars more to get an improved device. Computers are investments and I couldn't make it through 10 days of ownership without an issue arising. Surely if I had kept the unit, more issues would have arisen as the device aged. Based on my experience, it's worth getting a laptop in the ~$500 range, which will be vastly better in nearly all regards.

Came with Windows 10 instead of Windows 11 like the site said it did. Samsung support is no help. Website doesn't have Recovery media or Drivers. This device continues to fail to update to even recent versions of Windows 10. Very slow, feels cheap. You're better off getting a device from HP / Dell, who have good support.

Product is good, for the price. I just wanted a laptop that could be used for Internet browsing, video streaming, and word processing. It feels like the price I paid for it so I am not upset about it.

Best MacBook ever . I use it for school only and it works perfectly fine . It’s also touch screen I love it. I definitely recommend to purchase it

Love it! Was a little disappointed because i thought it was touchscreen as well. It does everything i need it to, to use all the editing options for cricut design space. Exactly what i was hoping for!

I’ve had this for a good 3 years by now. It still holds up. I mainly use it for school and it’s great for that.

Great machine to work on while traveling. Super compact and lightweight. Displays and features are excellent. Highly recommend.
