Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought this as a gift for my daughter in college and she says it's working very well.

Great machine to work on while traveling. Super compact and lightweight. Displays and features are excellent. Highly recommend.

Outstanding laptop. I was looking for a low cost, light weight, quality laptop and this one is great.

Came with Windows 10 instead of Windows 11 like the site said it did. Samsung support is no help. Website doesn't have Recovery media or Drivers. This device continues to fail to update to even recent versions of Windows 10. Very slow, feels cheap. You're better off getting a device from HP / Dell, who have good support.

Love my news member of the computer family!! Only use it for school mostly, since my school doesn’t use Windows 7 anymore but I still do!!

Cant complain...its fast and so easy to use. Not heaving and so practical.

I’ve had this for a good 3 years by now. It still holds up. I mainly use it for school and it’s great for that.

Great product, works very fast, and the best part was the price was a great deal.

This works great for a portable computer. It does have Windows 11 on it already which is a pain. But it's great for the price.

Good laptop but display could’ve been better. Price is good if It’s on sale.

Easy to set up. Just right for the need of my daughter as a high school student. And affordable.

Good Laotian as back to school one for kids. Not too heavy and not too fragile. It works for its intended purpose

Loved it for what I wanted to do, go online, check emails, but now my granddaughter uses it

The Samsung Galaxy Book Go 14" LED Screen Laptop is great for the price. I purchased this computer at the end of January / first of February as a secondary laptop and I completely love it. I've not had any problems with it thus far and it's a great computer to have. It's a great device to use while working from home, completing schoolwork, and streaming.

works great! is a little slow at times and freezes

Necessary!! Must have!! Don’t pass this up! Get it now!!

Perfect for regular users nothing out of the ordinary but perfect for little kids get the job done

Loved this laptop, just needs more app support. Light and snappy otherwise

Love the computer. I bought it for work and then turned around and used it for school it worked out great.

Love this laptop. Love how I can sync it to all my Samsung devices!
