Battery life is good, sometimes I can not get emojis to go through and I have to turn my phone off and on. Camera is good and when using my Bixby I have to ask her twice before she answers. Other then those little things I like to phone.

Bought phone for parents. Good size screen and light.

Love the phone, i have nothing bad to say about it.

Very nice phone at a decent price. Easy enough to set up and transferring from the old phone was easy using Smart Switch. I would highly recommend this phone to those that want better technology without the higher prices on some of Samsung's other phones that are in the market.

It takes some getting used to and I had to struggle to figure out where to find some of the functions, but overall, it's a nice phone. I wish the battery life was a little better. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't have a slot for a microSD card like my old phone had,

I like it but it has a learning curve. I had a Galaxy 8. Interesting is that it is exactly the same size! Actually fit in old case but camera is in wrong place. I don't like that there is no place for head phones. Call me old fashioned. I also have trouble with getting it to do some of the things my old phones did easily like pop up my text messages. I have watched youtubes and read but it just is not doing what I want. But it's a good phone. It was a good price- less than I paid for the Galaxy 8 years ago!! Battery isn't any better than my old Galaxy. But I needed an updated phone and this is fine.

Overall it's a great phone - my first update since 2014 so a lot has changes. The camera gives beautiful pictures that are crystal clear. The battery seems to last a long time as well

I live in an area of very spotty cell coverage so I researched phones with strongest antenna and this phone topped the list. It was also quite a bit lower in price than the runners up. I am very pleased with reception this phone gets. It has not dropped any calls.

I really loved my previous S9+ but broke the screen and it wasn't worth what it takes to fix it so I got this phone. It works every bit as well as the S9+ did and is an improvement with being newer. The S9+ was the most beautiful phone I've seen. This one looks good but not the same. But you always keep your phone in a case so it doesn't matter.

Had to upgrade phone because my charger stopped working on my old S7 Edge. Had looked at this phone several weeks back and was ready when I had to replace mine. The new phone is lighter, and lightening fast compared to what I had. I am really enjoying this phone. Have to get familiar with a lot of the newer features, but am very happy with this purchase.

Bought for my daughter.. has been good no issues. Im a Samsung fan anyhow. This model definitely fits the bill more than enuff for a younger kid. Good over battery life as well

This phone is more than previous. It charges extremely fast. My only complaint and I must go in to tech-2 of the apps did not transfer corresctly and I can't use.

Seems very nice, takes great pictures, downside is you have to buy the plugs to charge , and one from phone to computer. They use to give you that stuff with the phone.

SO FAR I AM ENJOYING MY PHONE...I HAVE TO GET USED TO IT COMPARED TO MY LAST ONE. SOME ITEMS ARE QUITE DIFFERENT THAN MY PREVIOUS S9 BUT WORKING WITH IT I AM SURE THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO SET IT UP AS MY LAST ONE WAS SO THAT IT IS JUST AS EASY TO USE. OH, AND JUST AS AN FYI THE ICONS ARE EXTRA LARGE ON THIS PHONE SO PEOPLE WITH EYE PROBLEMS SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE IT QUITE COMFORTABLY.

It replaced my wife's Galaxy S3. Almost everything moved except her home screen. No manual, but everything "user manual" is online, like how to turn off with no power button (there isn't any!). Internal 5G radio and battery life is hugely improved as is response speed. Tempted to try Google Fi as Big V's 5G move resulted in terribly reduced coverage from the excellent CDMA we had (out here in the woods).

The sales associate was very informative and knowledge about the new phone and answered all my questions about the new phone.

Excellent and beautiful phone. My wife loves it and I happy to now have her on a droid. Moving from iphone to this had some glitches though. Seems primarily a carrier issue that could be taken care of thru digital actions or better instructions while switching (iphone service did not get totally shut off during transfer. msgng to new phone was inconsistent and even some msgs were still going to the iphone. needed to shut off features on iphone and downgrade and re-upgrade the msgng app on the droid to get it dialed in). Now working perfectly.

Beautiful phone, easy to use. The customer service was superior, uploading everything from my old phone.
