I bought this phone for my wife to replace her S8, it was a little bit to get used to with buttons being in different places but she loves it. Just the right amount of Tech to not overwhelm her but keep her curiously satisfied.

Great Value
I've had this phone for two years now. I've been happy with it and believe it was a good value. I paid around $400 at the time of purchase and felt it was a good deal. Pros: Screen size, battery life, and performance. Cons: Camera, VZ specific limitations

Great phone, great prices.
I stepped 'down' from a Note 9 to this phone, and I haven't been disappointed. Processor is fast, it handles multiple apps just fine, and the battery life is enough to be using it throughout the day and make it. I personally limit my battery to 85%, and so far I haven't felt like it's lost any. I do 'want' a fancier phone, but this one works plenty well enough for videos, games, calls & texts.
