upgraded from old samsung galaxy 3, needed this new phone because I wanted a Fit Bit watch to sync. folks at Best Buy were great getting this all hooked up and synced, never would have been able to do this without them, phone is great, easy to use, very light weight, great colors, great screen, samsung has been a great phone for many years for me, Best Buy is the Best when it comes to customer service also

Androids, and Samsung in particular, is truly top of the line for a mobile smartphone. Apple people are brand loyal, but they are just too far behind in tech and features. This computes like a pro for an advanced user and is incredibly user-friendly for a newbie. S9+ is a little heavy, but you get used to it. S9 is okay if you don't want/need the extra camera zoom. Photos are gorgeous on both models.

This was our first entry into the 21st century after having a flip-phone. Did a lot of research into Android versus I Phone. Final motivation was the $300 off deal at Best Buy. The sales Person was most helpful and activated the phone for me even though it took a considerable amount of his time due to problems with Verizon. The "help" app on the phone was helpful in setting up the phone for a first-time user.

I have no complaints. It is a great phone with a decent camera. I tried to put a couple of screen protectors on it but they both fell off. I've had it without a screen protector for a little over a year and I drop the phone a lot. I just got a crack on the screen this month and its very small up in the top right corner. I use the Otterbox I believe its the commuter option. I can use little 15 second clips as my screensaver and that is by far my favorite feature. I'm sure most newer phones can do that though. I'll probably upgrade sometime next year.

Nice size and after upgrading from an S3 is a big change. Love how easy it is to use.

The phone has amazing features: a lot of memory, easy navigation and the camera is awesome!
