I have owned several cell phones, Samsung and others (never Apple) and this is by far the best ever. The low light picture taking is incredible. Past phones could barely take a picture at dusk, this you can take if there is just a candle flickering nearby. And the screen is so clear and responsive too.

At time of writing, this is the best phone on the market by industry standards. Camera is great quality and takes beautiful photos and video. The storage capacity is excellent. The first week I had the phone I used it to shoot three films in 4K that I uploaded to my YouTube channel. The quality was outstanding.

This is the 3rd generational upgrade I have made with Samsungs and each time I am glad that I made the choice. Responsive, smart layout makes it a breeze to navigate. Camera is top of the line. The upgrades on this from the S7 edge I was using before are beyond amazing. So glad I ended up with this phone.

Like most people my age (mid-30s) I'm on my phone A LOT. This was an upgrade from a Galaxy S6 edge, and the difference is tremendous. I can surf the web and play games at work in between customers and still have battery life at the end of the day. I was charging the S6 by lunch.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S8 and while it doesn't look much different I do notice a difference in the little things. The finger print scanner is placed better and is very fast/accurate. The camera is also outstanding. Also got it on a great promo price at 18 a month with Verizon. At that price you can't beat it.

I love the color and it is nice to not have to charge my phone every couple of hours again. Great screen for viewing also.

I mean.. It's a Samsung Galaxy S9. It makes calls, goes on the innernets, does apps stuff, email, takes and sends pictures and you can send written messages to people without even having to talk to them. However, can't find the rotary dial to call out. Good stuff without Apple restrictions. Get one.

Over all its a good phone. Battery life has been good and the phone is quick. Note sure I love the curved edges of the screen.

This phone is for a family member who suffered with apple products for years. She was ready for something better and loves her new Galaxy!! She was quickly able to get up to speed with the apps she wanted and how to manage the phone.

I wanted a Samsung S9 and needed to replace my old Samsung S6 but the phones were incredibly expensive. Our carrier, Verizon, was the most expensive. Best Buy had this at a much lower price and tied into Verizon's network so it was a breeze to set up. My new phone arrived 2 days after I ordered it.

I upgraded from a galaxy s7 and this phone is much faster and the battery life lasts the entire day. I would buy it again.

Another great Galaxy phone. This is my 4th Galaxy model phone and it is the best. It was pretty easy to set up though all of the features and customizable settings took a little while to complete. The battery lasts all day but I had hoped it would be even better. The Best Buy price was the best anywhere.

While I was limited in my options, based on trading in a Moto Z standard, I have been very happy with the phone. In fact, I am kind of glad the "Plus" wasn't an option because this phone with protective case fits in my shirt pocket. I liked it so much, I ended up getting my son an upgrade to this as well.

With the $300 off for Presidents Day sale, this was a super choice to replace my aging Droid Max. Expandable memory great for storing hi-rez music and image & video files. I don't anticipate replacing this for a few years. While I prefer a non-Samsung email app and keyboard, they are easy to switch out.

Good phone if you don’t need top of the line. The Samsung camera is excellent! Not too big and great for pocket.

Setup pretty straightforward. Some discrepancy in installed SIM versus new one (Verizon). Not all apps or contacts transferred and had to use adapter for phone to phone transfer. All worked in the end. Replaced a 4 yr old S5 I would have kept except for camera failure. Battery life is great!

Samsung has come a long way. Excellent cameras, decent Battery life, and beautiful screen. Can't go wrong with this one.

This phone is fantastic! It's a improvement on the S8 and I would recommend to anyone looking for a Samsung or Android phone. The camera is amazing and the phone just works well. Fingerprint, Iris, Face and Pin can all be used to secure the phone. They almost work flawlessly all the time.

My Samsung 6 was slowing down and the battery seemed to be rapidly losing its charge, so I stopped at the wireless phone center at the Erie, PA store. Was considering an upgrade to a 7 and discovered for about the same price I could go to a 9. Nice phone, very fast on the net and takes great photos.

This phone is almost perfect. Battery life is great. Storage is awesome. Just wish the camera was a little better.
