I upgraded from an S7 that has been great but battery life had significantly declined. This was a huge improvement in every area and has been absolutely rock solid. I didn't want the Sunrise Gold color but it was on sale for half the price of the black one so I just put a case on it.

Good phone. I like the size of it. I have had good performance and reliability with Samsung so I stuck with brand.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S4 for 4 years and I loved it. Thus, when I was ready for an upgrade, I never hesitated to get another Samsung. Thus, I purchased the S9. I love the elongated design and the large screen. The extra storage capacity is great for the apps that I want to keep on the phone.

It's a little different than the S6 that I was coming from, so there is a bit of learning curve. It is a beautiful phone and very powerful. The best thing is battery life. My old phone had to be put on the charger at least once to make it thru the day. This phone still has 50% at days end.

I purchased this phone for my daughter to replace an iPhone 6s Plus. She has been super happy with it and I can see why. It's got a great screen and is very responsive. I usually stick to Pixel phones with pure Android, but Samsung has really improved their OS customizations over the years.

This phone is a step up for me from S6. We always wait to update and this phone has been great so far. Easy purchase, setup and use. For me, not a lot different than the S6, but I don't use my phone like some people. My wife uses hers a lot more with all the features and loves it!

Better screen than s7, faster than previous version, too many Verizon installed apps which cannot be removed.

This phone replaces my Samsung S6. It does everything I need. It takes great pictures and is really fast.

I am still using the Samsung Galaxy 5 cellphone today! It was an excellent purchase and I even purchased one for my son. I have been very impressed with the quality of the reception and the memory features.

not one to upgrade just because something is new had a Samsung 5 for years and loved it battery would all of sudden somedays run down quick best Buy put out a great price on S 9 so I jumped Love it but like going up 20 years to a new car so many changes and things to learn Best Buy people were great transferred all over a misunderstood about buy three and get 25% off as I asked about chargers figuring I had many at home from prior Samsung stuff and thought he said as long as had single jack on it was ok but the new phone has a bigger jack to bad as I would have bout three chargers and got the 25% off bought my phone in Rochester NY

Have been a Galaxy user since s3. Seems to be an new version of a great phone but what makes it stand out is the INCREDIBLE camera. Photos look amazing and have just started to play with it but slow-mo camera and it is pretty cool. Not a feature I would use that much but still cool.

The S9 phone from Samsung is simply an evolution of great products from an innovative company. I have owned several generations of Galaxy phones and each one keeps improving. Price, although very competitive, is becoming a factor with all top of the line phones.

The phone is easy to use. It has a good camera and it was easy to transfer everything from my old phone.

I am a huge fan of Samsung in general. My S7 has done me well all these years. Decided to upgrade. So well worth it. Love the S9 and everything transferred well. My tech at Best Buy was simply amazing! Had a great deal from Verizon but decided to come back to Best Buy.

I find that this phone fits my needs aND then some. I was replacing a Samsung S5. The new S9 has some great updated features. I would never have paid $799 for any phone,but I found it at Best Buy at $400 off.

This phone is great as are the other ones before. The camera is amazing! The only problem im having is finding a good screen protector! Also my SD card is giving me issues already. I hope it’s not the phone causing this.

I purchased this Samsung Galaxy S9 to replace my Galaxy S6. So far it is working very well. It has a lot more options than my S6. The camera works great. I am also enjoying the fingerprint reader on the back of the phone. This makes it easy for me to quickly unlock my phone.

I’ve using Galaxy S6 Edge, and recently changed to S9. It was possible because Best Buy had the best deal. The phone looks very luxurious and it functions really well. I loved the new camera. It was good that this phone’s storage can be expanded with micro SD card.

Only downside is the color. We were buying two and Best Buy only had one black phone left. So, my husband is sporting this gem. Will say this - a case fixes all. Phone works great. No complaints. Great product - love Samsung in general and this phone doesn't disappoint.
