This cell is great! Nice clear camera, long lasting battery and large screen.

Upgraded from an S7 and it was a very easy switch. The software (apps) to make the switch are simple to use and all my contacts, photos, data were moved. I ad to sign into some accounts again, so you'll need passwords, but otherwise, its very easy to set up and start using right away. The camera in this phone takes great photos and everything else seems to work perfectly.

Love my galaxy S9. Great camera with more features that I continue to learn about as I use the phone. Love the video super slow motion as I video my grandkids in their sports activities. The wireless charging is awesome to use, not having to plug it in each time it needs recharging is really convenient. So far I am really pleased with this phone and battery life is excellent.

I have had this phone for about a week now. I upgraded from the s7 and wow at the changes. The battery life is so much better. The screen takes some getting use to after not having the edges on the s7. Set up is easy but be ready for several updates to get your device up to speed. I think there was 3 or 4 total. All in all the phone is what I expected it to be.

i like the size and weight as it fits well into a small hand., even with a protective skin. I do not like the proximity of the Bixby feature so close to the right side on and off, as it is easy to activite something you don't intend to start up. the connectivity works well with a Verizon hook up. I got a good price in late 2019 from Best Buy on lilac back color. I wish the lower setting to open the phone would be be more pronounced with a sound or thumb sensation as in the Galaxy 7. It is too subtle to know if anything is going to happen or not.

First of all , it works really well for phone calls! I have had no complaints of not being able to hear or understand me while using this phone, which is much better than my last phone. As a gadget, the camera and screen are both excellent and there is enough memory to run quite a few apps at once without any of them glitching. After about a month, I have 0 complaints.

Bought this phone for my wife to upgrade severely outdated Droid. After several weeks everything is working great and she loves it. All data from old phone transferred flawlessly. The camera(s) takes great pictures. Love the amount of memory. Only difficult has been connecting. To work wifi daily is inconsistent but likely issue with the network and not the phone.

This is a great phone. Easy to use and mostly responsive though it freezes a bit sometimes - definitely more than my S4 used to. It's larger than my old phone as well. I wish cell phone companies would stop making screens larger - it's incredibly annoying as phones no longer fit in pockets, wallets etc. The biggest drawback by far is the awful Swype keyboard. I think it's because they used to use Nuance's keyboard (which was incredible) but Samsung decided to create their own horrible, poorly-made keyboard and foist that on their users. This keyboard is absolutely terrible at predicting words. What's worse is that it changes words from the correct word to the wrong word *after* you've already typed several more words making it difficult to catch mistakes because you've already read through the previous message and *falsely* assume it's still correct. This is with autocorrect turned off!!! Writing this reminded me of that and I went back to double check my previous text - lo and behold, "words" had been switched to "weird". Anyways, with the exception of the very, very bad keyboard, it's a good phone which is why I'm giving it four stars. Also, warning: like other Samsung phones it has a bunch of useless bloatware installed (think NFL app, IMBD app) some of which you can uninstall but most of which you cannot.

A great slim design that was inspired by beauty. The color is amazing as it reminds you of the beautiful glow of that time before a sunrise and right before a sunset. Great system, amazing camera! Great experience with the sales associate. First time I had one that was so service driven. Kudos to you and Best Buy is fortunate to have you!

Love this phone! I upgraded from Galaxy 6 to the Galaxy S9 and it has been a fantastic phone. Very user friendly, great battery life (better than the galaxy 6). Fast charging like past galaxy's. The camera is the sweet spot of this phone....Very professional looking photos! My last camera on galaxy 6 was great, but this one even better.

This phone is awesome out of the box but still needs some adjusting of settings. Im coming from a Droid Force, so I was worried about battery life because I had the battery mod to extend battery life. I am not a power user, so I can go a full day with anywhere from 30 to 45% remaining. I used the camera in pouring rain and it didnt skip a beat.

It is easy to use, fast, and can take good quality pictures.

I had a tough time choosing between S9 or Note 9. S9 was cheaper but after choosing the S9, I have no regrets. The pen and screen size are the only perks over the S9. Other than that, they pretty much offer similar performance. The S9 fits better in my pockets.

We purchased the S9 when the S4 I had been using started having problems with the switch to turn on the unit. The screen is a bit bigger and the colors are great. It takes a while to adjust to the new software but the people at BB are always very helpful when you bring in your phone and ask questions on how to do something.
