Have had the phone for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it. Battery life is great, over a day on a single charge with moderate to heavy use. Very smooth and fast. Coming from an S6, this is a great upgrade. The camera is fast and takes great pics. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I still had a GS5 and this is an awesome upgrade, still has everything I like about my GS5 and much faster. Plus the best buy sales guy was great and transferred everything so it was real easy to set this phone up. I did not even need to enter my wifi password when I got home.

Phone is Very fast. Nice processors. Good camera and sound. Noticed a few new convenient pop up reminders in contacts, phone, etc. What I don't like are the unwanted pop up apps, with irritating flashers, requesting you download unsolicited apps plus I had to delete apps I never requested. Spell check makes many type o's unless you constantly click on the spell check systems chosen words making it impossible to type fast. Have to go back and fix multiple errors.

Have a galaxy 7,this 9 has so many more extras,tried a note 9.liked it but it was a little to long to fit in my front pocket,don't like carrying them on my side,do maintenance work and it always hitting some thing

I switched from a Droid Maxx 2 that I loved for a year...until it stopped reading my SD card. The Galaxy S9 is light years beyond my old phone. It's easy to use and takes fantastic pictures. While the screen size is slightly larger than my old phone, the S9 is slim and lightweight.

I know this flagship is now two years old, but it's still a beast and runs well. The size is great - bigger phones are too hard for me to use one handed - and it is still plenty snappy. I hope to be using it still two more years from now.

I bought a new phone so I could get a great camera and more memory that my previous phone. Both of these are included with this phone. Photos even print out nicely, which is very important to me. It fits well in my smallish hand and it's pretty. Nice product in a nice package.

I bought this since I was looking a good deal all around. Not a lot of difference from the S8, though Camera and fingerprint sensor are improved. Too soon to say, but it appears if battery life is a bit better than the 8. I was close to getting the new LG, but none available.

I love this phone, it navigate thru app great, has excellent camera, and the battery last for long time; my other phone I would need to charge it after two day this one I can go with four days without charging, but I don't stream as much as other people but still good for me.

This phone is a significant upgrade from a Galaxy S5. The phone is so much faster and has a ton of new features. The face recognition feature seems to work better than on the S8. The sleek dimensions and curved screen make for a very attractive piece of technology.

Moved up from my Galaxy S5 to the S9 and I am very pleased with the phone's performance so far. Much faster, clear calls, great camera. Also a great sale price at Best Buy enticed me to make the move to the upgrade. Sales staff was very helpful and made it so easy.

I have had my S9 for a couple years now and am stll very happy with it. It is still a competitive flagship smartphone. The size is just right, not too big, and the way I have it set up is perfect. I have looked at phones that came out since, including the S10 and S20 and Note 20 series and have had no reason to upgrade. I have had no issues with it. I switched from Motorola which was acquired by China and had all kinds of issues. So I remain very happy with my first Samsung smartphone. The battery runs out faster now (but it still charges very fast) and I could use more storage so I am thinking sbout an S21+ next year or an S22+ in 2022. 4 years would be great! I was never able to keep 4 Motorola smartphones for more than 1 or 2 years because of issues and problems.

My boyfriend and I both bought the Galaxy S9. As usual, there is a bit to set up but once the phones are set up they just work. We have had them for a couple weeks now and they're very quick and the new features and look only add to them. By far the best phone on the market.

I finally broke down and replaced my old beat up Samsung S3, so there has been a bit of a learning curve with all the features. Overall using the phone is pretty intuitive, but there have been times I've had to hunt to make adjustments in the settings. The clarity and sound are amazing. I'm now able to see the screen in the light of day! Haven't used the Bixby feature yet, but will explore it when I have time. In summary, this thing is a rocket compared to my old S3

I upgraded from the galaxy 7 to the 9. The battery is much better. The camera is very good. I have never tried out Bixby so I cannot comment on that. I was getting an annoying samsung message, but that has gone away with one of the upgrades. However, now when I'm charging the phone with my car, I am unable to use it other than the bluetooth features. I cannot use any other features without removing the charge.

I upgraded from the gs7 to the gs9 and this phone is amazing. It is super fast, the screen looks wonderful, and the battery life is much more than I need to get through a day. The curved edge screen takes a little to get used to but overall its a great phone.

Daughter is very happy with this phone, the extra memory and the awesome camera. The new tech upgrade from her s5 didn't slow her down a bit. Easy set up. We probably didn't need a case but I wanted to be safe. I may upgrade my s6 if I get another bestbuy deal! :-)

We bought this to replace an S7 and man what an upgrade! The screen is great and actually has more usable screen than an iPhone 7+. The camera, and new camera features, is phenomenal and I always love being able to expand the memory with a SD card. Great purchase!

I love this new phone. It holds a good charge for a substantial amount of time even when playing games. The sound from videos and music is truly amazing, and the graphics are above par!!! Lastly, the camera takes amazing photos with many helpful features!

After years of using LG phones i finally decided to switch back to Samsung. The S9 has been very functional, camera takes good quality images and the price the biggest factor. So a month in now and I am still happy with the performance and interface.
