Pros: best camera ever! Slim enough to hold in one hand and fit into a back pocket. Processing speed is amazing. Cons: Bixby button is located in the worst place. Infinity screens make it hard to get a protector on.

I went from a Samsung Galaxy S6 to the S9, and I'm so happy with the upgrade. I've been loyal to Samsung for several phones now, and they do not disappoint. Great camera, lots of storage, quick and responsive.

Had this phone for a couple months and completely love it. Easy to use. Has all the apps I need. Great camera and battery life. No issues and completely satisfied!

I read a lot on this phone prior to buying and there were mostly 4 and 5 stars. But as with any review there were less. I kept an eye out for one of the common issue that kept popping up and I have yet to see or have that issue. Speaker Phone sounding muffled seemed to be the most common. My speaker phone works very well when on a video call or a regular call, I do love the camera on this phone, the ease and the quickness of the phone. It is a little heavier than my S7 but all in all it is a great phone. The other issue that I saw was that many did not like the Samsung Keyboard. I have to agree with that. I hated it and installed the Google Keyboard which I totally love. But not everyone will think the same. Just my review.

Phone is sleek looking. Takes great pictures. The phone is lightweight. Used to have a Samsung S6. I used gmail and Samsung Switch to transfer everything from my other phone to this phone... super easy.

Had the S6 and finally upgraded. I have been super happy with this phone ever since. Lightning fast and amazing screen. They knocked it out of the park. Great battery for me personally as well.

As always, great phone. Better than the last. Keep it up.

Love the new S9. The screen size is optimal for reading documents ts and looking at photos. Speaking of photos. The camera takes incredible pictures. So far I have been very happy with the battery life

I upgraded from an S7 to the S9. The S9 is lighter slimmer and faster. The camera is much better also. So far, I have no complaints about this phone. I am glad I upgraded to this phone.

The new S9 is essentially an S8 with some tweaks to the hardware and Samsung software. Better speakers. Better cameras. Faster processor. While these features are nice, they are only incrementally better than the previous generation - not the next leap that the S6 was over the S5, or the S7 was over the S6. If you have anything older than an S8, it is worth a look. If you have an S8, move along and wait for the S10 (unless the camera alone is worth the cost of upgrading).

This is a great phone! The camera takes such clear pictures. The screen is bigger than my Galaxy 7 and the overall look of my phone is great! Two members of my family purchased one also.

This phone is very fast no lagging I love the fact that it's 64 gigabytes a lot more room and so far the new camera Works awesome I still have a lot to learn about this phone but I'm loving it

I absolutely love the S9!! I upgraded from an S6 and am so happy I did! The only complaint, and it's supposed to be fixed eventually thru an update, is you can't assign individual notification tones in text messages. I prefer to have individual sounds for my family and certain friends so I know who's text I need to look at right away, or those I can ignore for awhile! Other than that, the S9 has a really good battery life and camera.

Inasmuch as I upgraded from a Samsung S-4 to a Samsung S-9, I'm very impressed with the battery life per charge, the speed of access, face recognition technology, camera improvements. I' still learning and adapting to the many improved features, but expect that I will continue to be impressed with the S-9.

This phone is actually slightly smaller than my Galaxy 7 but has as much or more viewable screen. It also feels lighter. It is very fast and the battery is lasting much better than my 7.

This cell phone has many great features my old cell did not have and I am so glad I upgraded to this. It is less bulky, has a better memory, much better camera--I could go on & on.

The camera, memory, battery life and screen brightness are all better than expectations. The operating system is much more controllable than the S6 I use to use. Very happy

This is my 3rd Samsung and so far I am very happy with my purchase. The phone is just the right size. It is easy to operate and takes wonderful photos. No complaints.

I love this phone! I upgraded from a galaxy S6 to this one, and I'm very impressed with the new tech. The phone is bigger than I'm used to, but doesn't feel as big as it looks. There are still some features I need to learn how to use, and I don't use Bixby very much, but the phone is fast and responsive. The Bixby button is placed in a position on the side of the phone that is a natural resting place for the middle finger of the right hand, so there were a lot of accidental Bixby button presses the first couple of weeks until I learned to relax that finger when holding the phone.

Great upgrade, had S5 and finally upgraded. It's faster has way better camera and memory, I stayed with the regular size one, because it's easier to carry.
