I bought this computer at the beginning of may this year. It was an upgrade from my previous computer, which had a pathetic CPU, and was just overall not the best computer i've ever had. I opted to allow myself to buy this computer, regardless of it's price, because of the better specs that it had. Out of the box, the computer was everything that I wanted, and I had very few complaints, aside from some internet issues. At first, I assumed it was my Wifi and was stubborn to place the blame on my new 1500 dollar laptop. Long story short, it has to be the computer. It came semi-defective, and would only be able to connect to websites when it was right next to a router. So now, less than a month later, I have to ship it back to samsung for repairs or replacement. All in all, they were very reasonable about it, are willing to repair free of charge as its still under warranty, and will pay for the shipping. However, it kind of is a pain, to shell out this amount of money, and basically have it defective out of the box. This is, of course, by no fault of BestBuy, but just be careful. You could get a bad egg also.

I really like this computer, Its fast and very light.

My husband and I both love this new laptop. It is so light you hardly notice that you are carrying it. It's so thin that we've had no problem fitting it into our bags. Easy to use and fast, one of the best purchases that we've made.

Fast, efficient, touch-pad is a little sensitive. SSD is much faster, does not heat up and no noise (compared to old laptop). Light and mobile.

When I decided to go back to school, my [very] old macbook was not going to do. The battery was not holding a charge, it was heavy, and it was just plain slow. My boyfriend convinced me to buy this computer because he is a big gamer and said that this computer would allow me to play games with him. I still have not let him install any games on this computer. However, I have taken this computer to and from school and all across campus for well over a year. It is fast and holds it's charge throughout a whole day of lectures and study sessions. I barely notice the weight of it in my backpack. The only thing I have to complain about this computer is that the touchscreen is not very sensitive. Often times, I find using the touchpad less frustrating.

Well built powerful laptop. I felt that the colors are not much accurate. I also noticed minor wavy line patterns appearing on the display. It is hard to notice first but once you see it, it is hard to ignore.

Great laptop from Samsung. Fantastic screen and good overall performance, never had win computer, which boots under 15 sec. Samsung online support and upgrade utility make it all easy for all users.

I purchased this laptop for work and photography. It ran Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop with no issues. The resolution was incredible, especially at this price point. Only downside was it did not have a dedicated slot for the memory card. It was more than adequate for work. The only issue I had was I use Remote Desktop & VPN to work from home and the text was way too small to view. I believe it was because of the 4K resolution on this laptop was not compatible with the 1080 resolution on my work server. The only resolution I found was to lower the resolution on my laptop while working from home, but the text was not sharp. If this was not the case, I would have definitely kept the laptop.

This laptop is everything I wanted. Sleek, sexy, light, solid construction, with a beautiful display and decent battery life. (If you've seen comments about some colors being off, that issue was correct a long time ago.) Also, Samsung does an excellent job of keeping the laptop up to date with driver updates, etc., in a very easy to use program that takes care of everything, even BIOS updates. Highly recommended!

Still trying to adapt to Windows 10 so I can't really attest to all the things I will be able to use this for. But I am thrilled with the screen & backlit keyboard. As I become more proficient, I know possibilities will open up.

excellent performance in a beautiful package. I am enjoying this laptop. the build quality is outstanding. the only thing i would change is the size of the SSD, however it is soldered in which is just too bad.

The laptop is indeed powerful ,having a quadcore i7 processor ,with gaming capabilities. The only issue I have is with the display.The display seems mediocre, although it looks amazing when watching 4k videos,but the contrast isn't that great,and when watching videos/movies where the scenes are in low light , the colors look washed out,and gives an impression of a cheap quality display. If anyone knows a fix for it,i'd love to hear it.

Fast boot up with SSD HD. Battery life could be better. Video and audio are superior to comparable units. So far I am pleased.

I have a Macbook Pro I use primarily for work. When I read that Samsung was making a competitor I just happened to be in the market for a new personal machine. I love my Macbook Pro but this is a great machine. I use it for watching movies and or playing video games (including PS4 Remote) and it works great. I have zero complaints. I did see some bad reviews which I was surprised at. But thus for it's been perfect. I was a bit turned off by the only 8gig ram option. But it hasn't seemed to limit anything I use it for.

Love the no-gloss touch screen , thin form factor .. Just wish it had the numeric keypad. overall very happy with it

This laptop is amazing I gotta say I've never had one that was easier to use. It reboots fast, gets updates frequently, and the touch screen is the best.

The unit appears to be exactly like my Lenovo Yoga with a Samsung label. Maybe it is. Other than the fact that Windows 10 stinks, it's a great unit.

I love this laptop. Only weakness thus far is short battery life with the power options that I prefer. Very fast computer with excellent display.

This is an excellent and smooth running computer for people just doing the every day office work. If you're looking for one that needs to be a power house this one isn't it. I would recommend the Razer Blade for that (though it comes at a price). My biggest issue is that you cannot update the interior as much as i'd like but all in all it's a solidly built, reasonably priced computer that can do more than most.

Such an Amazing screen a supermarket from start up. Very light for size. So far I'm happy
