I especially like the touch screen which Mac does not have. Screen resolution is excellent

No matter how you write it, this thing rocks. At least that's what my collage age son says about this laptop I purchased for him.

I researched as usual before I bought this laptop. It wasn't cheap, but I spend so much time on it that I treated myself. I wanted great resolution as I watch most of my Youtube and Netflix on it. It is very well made and easy to navigate, but the black color bugs me. Simply picking it up leaver fingerprints! Other than learning Windows 10, I love it and would recommend it to others.

I have used Toshiba laptops for years. I love my Samsung phones so I thought I would try their computer. I am amazed. This machine is crazy fast which I desperately need the speed. I use Adobe Creative Suite and very in depth Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. I can have numerous windows open at once, going back and forth with ease. The unit powers on and off, restarts in seconds. It is a production workhorse. I am very pleased with my purchase thus far. I just wish it had an internal CD drive.

I bought this TOP-OF-THE-LINE, ie MOST EXPENSIVE, laptop in the store because i wanted a SSD and a video-card that would support multiple monitors. When I tried to use a docking station, the driver failed because the laptop already had video software installed that wasn't supported. BUT, the docking station customer service could not find this unknown driver and Geek Squad didn't even try. So, i have not been able to do what i want. The laptop has very few ports (3 USBs and 1 HDMI) so multiple monitors can't even be plugged in without adapters or a docking station. I bought an adapter for a monitor plug but it wouldn't link either. The laptop is slim, light weight, sexy, but so far I can't get it to work with multiple monitors and the speakers were lacking in my one attempt to watch a movie (but that have been because of the movie quality). Verdict is out. I am hoping BestBuy will step up and provide some true customer service and technical support to solve the monitor problem for me, otherwise my BestBuy experience will have been horrible.

Sound is on the bottom and pretty muffled. Nice 4k screen and design.

I absolutely love the Samsung - Notebook 9 Pro. Not only do I use it for my "day job" as a technical consultant, I'm also opening my own business and using it for that as well. It has enabled me to use a docking station while at home to utilize 2 independent monitors which I find essential for all documents I am working on simultaneously. Couldn't be happier. I had a Samsung for 3 years before that and I will not use anything else but this brand.

Bought for son for school. He's been thrilled with it. Plenty of sped and power for all his applications

Bought the floor model, so what if there was no box or manual, can not touch the price after that double savings. If you can't figure out how to use a computer on your own by now this one came with a free geek-squad set up anyway which I didn't even need to use. So easy to just set this one up yourself. It practically just asked you to speak a few answers, a google password or two and you are online.

This model surpasses all other PC that I have used. This computer has a UHD display, which is truly the best compared to other PCs that I have used. Moreover, it is quite impressively optimized, so it is very stable and also super fast because of Samsung SSD and memory chips. The design is very gorgeous and wonderful. I am very satisfied with this computer. This computer is best.
