I knew nothing about MP3 players and read a good review for this one. I'm very happy I bought this. It was easy to connect to my computer, easy to download music, and easy to follow instructions to use it. The sound quality is excellent and the clip a handy thing. I had to buy ear pieces that fit my ears - the ones that came with the player were too big - and bought a hard case for them that the player fits in too. An excellent player for a reasonable price.

I wanted an MP3 player that was small enough but still had the power of a bigger MP3 player for my workouts. This product also has the secure clip on the back that is convenient for attaching to my workout clothing when I'm on the move. Two extra features that I really love is the radio feature that allows me to listen to news and the slot for additional memory or music files. Great product for the money!

I use this mp3 player for work in a warehouse environment. It is exactly what I was looking for. I had an ipod previously but I got so fed up with trying to figure out how to add songs from my computer through iTunes that I needed something different. I also needed one that could sustain battery power for a long time without a recharge. this mp3 player is perfect. I can drag and drop files to the internal memory or to an MicroSD card. I love that I able to purchase the least expensive model then just pop in an expansion card for more music space. I have different cards with different genres of music depending on what my mood is from day to day. I can sort the songs easily or just let them play randomly. I work 10 hour shifts and the battery lasts me the whole shift. I also love the lock feature so I don't have to worry about bumping buttons since my job is fairly active. I have no complaints about the sound quality for such a small, inexpensive player. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for this type of player.

I use this MP3 player in a permanent installation in my car. I run a 64gb micro SD card loaded with all of my full-fatted non-compressed digital music. I rarely use my CD player anymore as this replaces it nicely. It continuously charges through an always-hot USB 12v connection and connects to the car's stereo via the headphone jack (to the AUX input). I leave it on random play all the time, and it sounds great. I could easily remove from the car and it would transform to a portable player instantly. I highly recommend this very inexpensive high-quality music source.

Does the job. Has a radio which was one of the features that is important to me. Easy to download music from my pc. Best to only download what you want to hear. I put a memory card in it and downloaded all my music. Big mistake....have to go thru every song to find what you want...Does not download my playlists....have to make your playlists on the device. Has pre-made folders for audio books and pictures. Nice touch. But haven't used those features. Might not ever use them..can not record from radio. It has good sound and volume control. Love the headphones that come with. For a basic mp3 player I am happy with it.

I bought this as a birthday present for my dad because it has an FM radio (soon to be 55 year old avid runner who still uses a cassette player from the turn of the century it seems) This device is actually much smaller in person than I would have imagined however it works great. It's easy to use, and perfect for running because of the clip. I took this out of the package and uploaded some songs for my dad as he doesn't have a computer himself - very easy to upload/charge, all you have to do is connect this via the USB port, drag your music from itunes (or whatever you use to keep your music) into the folder for the MP3. It's uploads very fast and sounds great! I will have to buy one for myself.

It's a good price for the quality of the item. The fact that its small , but powerful and holds a lot of songs is a plus. The convenient clip part is very handy.

Great little player. Sound quality is decent, but will warble a little on higher dB recordings. The FM radio reception is better than in my house or car. I've loaded music and audio teaching onto the player and still have a good deal of room. I bought a 16GB mini SD card to augment memory. The earphone jack is the only drawback in my opinion - it does not fully insert and can lose its connection with the internal contact points with only minor manipulation. Otherwise, love it!

I bought several of these players for my kids for Christmas. We can't afford iPods for them, so I was looking for a decent music player that they could have on bus rides, going to school, etc. I looked at several lower priced mp3 players before sticking with the Sansa, and I haven't been disappointed. First off, understand that this isn't an iPod. It plays music and that's about it. But it does that pretty well. The sound is pretty good, good enough for the headphones that our kids use. I also listened to the music on a mid-range set of head phones and it was still clear and sounded good. The interface is fairly simple and straightforward, enough so that my 9 year old was able to quickly figure it out and hasn't had to ask too many questions. We did have a slight software issue on one of them, but that was quickly resolved with a quick question to Google. Since then, they have all worked flawlessly. Getting music on the device was very simple, pretty much a copy/paste or drag/drop function. Easy enough for even the most tech-challenged person. They are very lightweight, enough so that I thought that they might break. But, they have held out very well and I haven't had any complaints from the kids, other than it isn't an iPod. So, for a less expensive mp3 player, I would recommend the Sansa.

I like this Sandisk - Clip Sport 4gb* Mp3 Player - Black because it clips nicely to whatever I'm wearing. Great for those on the go. It has many features but I generally listen to the FM radio and my synched music. It holds a charge for around 8 hours.

I love my SanDisk MP3 player. It's small enough to hold in my hand or put in my pocket or clip onto any piece of clothing. The price is decent and the sound quality good. This purchase is my second of the same brand (My first was crushed by a car door). I have over 1,000 songs stored already.

There are not many dedicated MP3 players available any more except for the overpriced iPod. This one is a great choice with good sound, small size, a convenient clip for carrying it around, FM radio, and recording capability. It is only 4 GB but the capacity is expandable by adding a memory card. The buttons feel cheap, but mine has held up well. I feel like I should buy a half dozen of them before MP3 players go off the market for good.

This little unit holds a ton of music, is easy to use and has its very own clip. Perfect for the gym or when doing yard work as it is easy to tuck out of the way! I keep one in my purse and one on my desk. They last forever and the quality can't be beat!

I've owned every generation of the Sansa Clip from the 1st to this one (like the 5th?) and I've always loved the Clip as a great mp3 player for working out and running because it actually clips well, and even if it falls off, it doesn't break like a Ipod (or ANY Apple product). But if it does break (which not a single one has yet), I won't go into depression that I just dropped a $100 electronic good that broke in one single accident. Great battery life and I would get these for the rest of my life

I purchased this for my daughter it wasn't the one I planned on getting because it was much more expensive but it was the only kind in store. She's now used it for about 9-10 months now and only complaint we've had is problems with the audio jack area which may be because it is being used by a child. Lots of storage. Good screen. Handles organizing songs well so you can have them in folders instead of just all inserted willy nilly.

I love this thing. I primarily use it for running. Its super small and easy to carry. Easily clips to my shorts with the built-in clip. Is actually light enough to clip to my shirt. I love that it has expandable memory. Most of my music is loaded onto an sd card that can be simply inserted into the player. It gets pretty good fm reception. It also has a rechargeable battery that will last a week or two, depending on how many runs i get in and it recharges pretty quickly. Which brings us to the only problem that i have with this player - it is designed to be disposable. Once the battery fails, the ENTIRE PLAYER FAILS. Okay, Sansa CEO, I get it. Planned obsolesce. But the ENTIRE PLAYER FAILS when the cheap battery fails. I really hope that Sansa gets the message. They are making an awesome, light-weight running mp3 player that has tons of capacity (because i can inexpensively add more), uses minimal battery resources, and becomes trash because of the limited life of the cheap rechargeable battery. I would rather this thing cost an additional $10 - $15 and have a replaceable battery.
