Great mp3 player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is good, and has an equalizer that is easily accessed during playback. It is very light so does not bounce around when running with it. Bluetooth function is a great plus, but drains battery faster. I've owned a previous SanDisk mp3 player that lasted over 10 years, so it's a good brand name. I did try a Chinese brand from another retailer prior to this purchase that had to be returned due to sound quality. Some nice improvements are one touch fast forward, and quick power on and off. The buttons are larger as well, but overall very compact device. If you don't like to carry your phone in the gym or out in the elements this is a good substitute.

Great MP3 player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice and compact MP3 player with Bluetooth connection. Great sound, easy controls. Only thing I struggled with was connecting to my napster account. My I tunes music was no problem. Great clip on feature for working out, unit is super light

BLUETOOTH Enabled>>>Yea!>>Use provided USB.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Use the provided USB cord. My two units did not fluidly accommodate substitute USB. Bluetooth will not work in FM mode unless the earphone connection, that round 3.5mm thingy, is plugged in. I hook in my earphone/pads and then FM reception is bluetoothed to the receiving device. Use the 3.5mm connector cord in your car if available. Your auto bluetooth may accommodate phones but not necessarily this SanDisk (but, as always, there may be exceptions) The good things about this SanDisk is that it is Bluetooth, lightweight, compact, rechargeable, nice ear buds, and MAC friendly. The not-so-bad things is a relatively shorter battery life, inability to substitute USB cable, requires a 3.5mm connection for FM reception (probably to use the wire for an antenna), appears to be very cheaply made and the controls are not super intuitive. I learned to love the good stuff and work-around the not-so-good. The USB connection issue is between the SanDisk device and any substitute cord/cable -- the SanDisk receiver did not accept the fit of a couple of my attempted substitutes. Addressing the cheapness, I've dropped the SanDisk Mp3 on hard surfaces a few time times and it continues to survive with no issues. The SanDisk is used for Bluetooth with wireless headphones and an Anker SoundCore A3102 speaker (although the SONY SRS-XB2 is superior but way more $$$) so that I am able to listen to downloaded PodCasts when spooling around in my older Jeep Wrangler out sailing the Bristol. I've had my SanDisk for a few months and still learning how to consistently PAIR the Bluetooth without minor frustration but it's great once connection is achieved. Purchased TWO -- one for me and one for Wife who uses hers at the gym. Yeah, for the $$, this gismus is wonderful.

Love It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally Sandisk came out with Bluetooth MP3 player, what took them so long. Great player, easy to use, great price . No card slot but really, who cares. 16gb is gonna hold a couple thousand of your favorite songs. Perfect size to carry around , nice pocket clip that does work. It's so nice to have an option now to carry your music without lugging your oversize phone. Plus it gives you an excuse to shop for new Bluetooth ear buds : )

Water resistant, good WiFi, and large flash drive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really happy with my SanDisk mp3 player. Easy to use and holds a huge library of audio books. I use it on my long bike rides (be sure to dedicate one ear to your surroundings, the other ear to the player) to listen to free audio books from the public library. I have an older vehicle whose radio doesn't work well with the AUX cable to the SanDisk player (not enough gain on a noisy hiway drive). But, the player connects easily to my Bose Mini Soundlink via Bluetooth and fills the car with riveting audio book play (check out "O, Jerusalem" by Laurie R. King - fantastic story and excellent narrator!). And, audio books loaded to the MP3 player aren't deactivated when that audio book is due back at the library. So, I check out a bunch of books, download to the player, and immediately return to library. Then I listen to the audio books at my leisure not hindered by the two week checkout limit. Highly addictive!

Does what I need with incredible convenience.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing really spectacular about this, but I absolutely love it because of its incredibly small size and light weight. I can easily fit it into any pocket or clip it on my shirt, and it's barely noticeable. Bluetooth connectivity makes it even more convenient. Sound quality is good. Controls are easy to use. Storage capacity is adequate for my needs. Does everything I need just as well as my clunky old iPod.

ScanDisk Sport
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new player to replace an old one that was no longer working. This was far less money, and the sound is great. I especially like it's durability and it is water resistant since I use it when I am running. It is lightweight and fairly easy to operate.

Surprisingly great product.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been waiting to submit a review until I’ve had ample time to use this and give you some good info. For starters, I have an I-pod Shuffle that’s about 10+ years old. It’s great, small and perfect for the gym. I’m also old school. However, I wanted to upgrade to wireless headphones and this just wasn’t an option with a shuffle. In fact, not even new ones were an option, only the nano was and I wasn’t ready to spend another $150. I like a music player to listen to music and phones to call people. Besides, my phone is too bulky while working out. So back to why I chose Sandisk. I reviewed this and thought it was worth a try. It’s small, but about twice the size of a shuffle and that’s still quite small. It came with earbuds and I tried them just for giggles and they were garbage, tinny sounding, no bass, worthless. But that’s not why I bought this, I bought the MP3 player strictly because it can link via bluetooth, to a set of quality headphones. I was skeptical at first, especially after hearing how it sounded on the earbuds that it came with. However, it works great. Super easy to download songs, didn’t really need any “manual” to figure it out. Just plug it into computer with supplied cord, it shows up on desktop, and you drag songs into it. However, as some have mentioned, MP4s need to be converted to MP3s. No biggie, I have enough songs of both formats that I just need a couple hundred songs for variety for my workouts and can reformat as needed. Not a deal breaker. The device is super user-friendly. However, I can’t tell whether or not the new wireless headphones or sandisk caused some minor cut-outs in signal from the headphones. Sandisk claims it can “bluetooth” at a range of 30 feet. I clipped this to my waste and during some exercises with bending, I got a short signal cut-out. At first it was annoying, so the verdict is still out on whether the range is real or not, but my goodness, all I need is 2-3 feet from my waste to my head. It could be my headphones though so I can’t complain directly about sandisk. I got a great Deal on sale at Best Buy so this was extra special on the price. I’d recommend this by far as a good option for those wanted to connect to a wireless set.

smaller and lighter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though it is run on a completely different brand of logic than an ipod, which messes me up sometimes, I very much like my new scan disk. 16G holds a lot of music, perhaps in a year I may change my mind about that. Blue tooth is a must. I just brought it along on a airline flight and loved the small size, the comfort of the air buds, and the clip on the back. It runs a long time on a single charge too. It is important to note I was able to transfer music from my itunes library as well as convert music to a MP3 format from CDs. and import them with ease. I give it a four star rating because I still have some trouble scrolling back the correct way.

small, light and lots of memory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced a sansa fuse 2gb player with this item. I like the water resistance and Bluetooth feature. Wires get in the way. I have a huge portion of my library downloaded. Plenty of room for more. I have a good set of bluetooth ear buds. Easy to pair. Easy to navigate the menu. I did have an issue with it freezing so none of the controls worked. Had to hold the power button till it reset. I believe it was due to me moving too fast thru the menu. I have since slowed down and not had a problem. I did loose the pairing with the ear buds. Has decent sound. The FM radio isn't so great. It could be the area I'm in. I didn't buy it for the radio.

Great Little MP3 Player, but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This MP3 player is compact and great for running. The belt clip is wide enough and will keep the player in place while running. Sound quality and volume is good. The color screen is good enough clarity...it’s not an iPod, you get what you pay for. Plenty of storage with the 16gb memory. The body is plastic and lightweight, and the screen seems like it will scratch easily. The Play/FF/RW buttons are easily accessible on the front while the Volume control buttons are located on the side of the player and are rather hard to press down. This becomes an issue while running if you want to make it louder. Overall, this player is good for the cost and will serve its purpose. The big problem I have with this Sandisk is that it will not support In-Line remote headphones. I have an expensive pair of Beats earbuds with the remote attached to the left ear wire, and none of the controls work when hooked into the Sandisk. This is a huge drawback and you would think with today’s technology they would have thought about this. Had I known this feature wouldn’t have worked, I wouldn’t have bought this MP3 player.

Nice Player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For music, the Clip Sport Plus is a very good MP3 player. With a good set of headphones, its sound is solid. It's small and its belt clip is very strong. Be aware of the fact the the internal 16GB of storage is all that you get. There is no provision for adding an SD card for additional space. It can handle Audible audio books but not as seamlessly as the smaller Sandisk players. If storage space and/or audio books are a concern, the Clip Sport 8GB player may be a better choice. It can use large SD cards to go well beyond its internal 8GB and meshes with Audible perfectly.

Does The Job
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have two of these and have no complaints. Easy to install media utilizing your computer and it will play FLAC music files. Plenty of battery life between charges especially when you use wired headphones. The CD player on my Wife's Bose player quit working, so I put a bunch of music on one of these and connected it to the aux in on the Bose and now she can still use the Bose speakers to listen to her music. IMO you will not find a better player at this price point.

Good Little Player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The results sound fine to me, and the thing certainly is lightweight and apparently simple to operate. So far I haven't learned how to fully control the order of playing, but I presume that will come shortly, after a thorough reading of the instructions.

Inexpensive MP3 player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Small, easy to use MP3 player. After connecting to computer with cord (you must provide your own) quickly able to download music. I would like to be able to quickly find specific songs but have not found a quick way to do this, yet. Clip is strong, hasn't fallen off yet, even with running and jumping jacks. Clarity of sound depends on your headphones. Works great.

Eliminates those stacks of CD’s.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great. I loaded all my stacks of CD’s and it still has lots of storage capacity remaining. Great for walking with ear buds and for speakers use out around pool. Clarity equals that of the CD’s music. Only wish the Bluetooth would work with my 7yr old vehicle’s radio, which it won’t. So small, that it fits easily in my pocket. The spring-loaded back clip works great on any belt or on pockets, etc.

Great tiny, lightweight portable MP3 player
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product stores approximately 4000 songs. It’s small (fits in your pocket), lightweight, and convenient if you can’t use your phone to listen to music when you’re on the go. The sound quality (using the provided ear-buds) isn’t outstanding, but decent for short-term listening. When it runs out of power, it takes a good while to recharge. Overall, it’s worth $50.

Love it!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This unit has LOTS of features - especially for it's size: radio, music, audio books. This has Bluetooth connectivity, a USB cord and a headphone jack. There are many ways to play your music: shuffle, playlist, artist, etc. Battery lasts several hours with Bluetooth - and is even more long-lasting without it. Sound is clear, high-quality. It plays many popular file audio types, EXCEPT mp4. Capacity is estimated around 3000 songs as mp3....depending on their length. 3000 may be approximately +/- 150 hours, using 3 minutes/song average. Easy to use...simply drag/drop files to and from your computer. Instructions are included as well as a short USB cable for charging and file transfer.
