The point of the box is simple: a place to mount your TV gear so your flush mount TV is truly flush mounted. It was simple to install and does the job. Since a power outlet box for wall mounting is less than a dollar, this unit seems really overpriced, but it contains everything needed and performs as advertised. The marketplace says it’s reasonably priced, so there you go.

It’s hidden behind my tv. Sturdy quality and lots of room for wires and components to be neatly hidden and organized.

We wanted a box that would fit in between the studs to house the one connect box that came with our Frame TV. This was does that, and there is plenty of room for cables and power. Now, all the wires are in this box, behind our tv. No more mess.

Works perfect for the Frame Tv. It even held enough room so we could hide the cord for our sound bar as well! My only complaint is it didnt come with the 'tracing sheet' which was supposed to help you get an idea of where it would go on the wall and where you'd put your screws/nails etc. Other than that, definitely recommend.

returned item as it was not needed. Best Buy Customer Service was not the best in that the delivery process was very confusing with may different messages that contradicted each other. we lost trust immediately. I was uncomfortable letting the third party installers in my home as I could smell alcohol on their breath and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They did everything possible to get out of installation including telling us they disliked Best Buy and partnering with them. We finally told them to leave and we would install ourselves. I will never go this route with Best Buy again. we may buy products in the future but will do our own due diligence because the sales persons seem ill informed on installation processes and equipment needed. However the sales person we had was very professional and kind, just not knowledgeable in products.

You need this if you purchased the original frame TV, but if you purchase the pro version, the TV can connect to this wirelessly. You just need a wireless cable box and you don’t have to cut into your wall.

Bought this with Samsung picture frame tv. It was necessary to make sure tv was flat against wall. Make sure you check into this before tv installation. It sits behind tv and was cut into drywall. If you have fireplace you may need to check into this. Fortunately I went to store and found out I needed this.

Great build, good quality. However giving four stars because I purchased to hold and hide the One Connect box for the Samsung The Frame TV. The box with the covers on caused the tv to repeatedly overheat and shut off. After a few days of diagnosis realized the issue and removed the two covers to the unit. Box also has electrical punchouts that can be used for ventalation, but since it did not meet the full intent without modifications it gets four stars.
