Does what it says really well. Have pets and it is living up to the challenge.

I have had several carpet cleaners and followed all the directions each time but never really felt or smelled clean. But this baby runs like a dream! No trigger to pull pr push and bend back the handle to dump the dirty water- just put in warm/hot water and add the shark cleaner, turn it on ans go then you can switch modes to dry the carpet or chair. It smells wonderfully fantastic and dries gaster than the other cleaners. This is the most user friendly cleaning machine ever made !

The carpet machine is very easy to use. It cleans the carpet well as it sucks out all the dirt. The machine comes with plenty attachments to use on stairs and upholestry.

Keep in mind this is a home carpet cleaner. Its not a professional carpet cleaner with an engine attached to it. So keep this mind when reading the review. This is designed well with how the hand held wand and the push "vacuum" are activated. Its easy to clean and pull apart as well as put to together. The simple side latch of up or down transfers from wand to vacuum. Thats designed well. Im dubious of printers and carpet cleaners that request to use their product, as its usually over priced. I cleaned a couch and my van carpet so far with this machine. Again, ots a home carpet cleaner and ot worked as described. I see this working better on fresh stains with the wand as well as dried stains with the vacuum. The cleaning product is good but after using product on carpet i went over with just clean warm water to lift up any residue and it worked well. Im pro shark anything as i feel they build a good product and can see having thia on hand is a good home carpet cleaner. Not a replacement for a professional carpet cleaner. But for spot and smaller areas it works 80% of old dried stain in ban, and probably the same for couch, but worked well on stripe of house carpet 98%. (Couch os linen and van is a work van with carpet).

I use it on my family room (white) carpet. It got out a stain near the fireplace that my old Hoover carpet cleaner could not get out. The Shark got it out on the first try!

I have had this carpet cleaner for about two months now on day 20 or so it started spitting dirty water out of the side all over the place and since best buy only has a 14 day return policy i was stuck with it. the suction on it is great but the small tank and having to make many many dump and refill trips just to do one small hallway isn’t fun and the fact i have to wipe off walls or whatever else because it sprays out the side i wouldn’t recommend this model

We had a kitty cat that was old, and kept going potty in a particular spot. Unfortunately, we had to put her down. Fortunately, we purchased this carpet cleaner. It works fantastic…. No smell of kitty pee what so ever. The only down fall is YES the tank is small. However, the tank being small is easy to clean and refill. We definitely recommend this product for home use. Works great on those stubborn pet odors..

I would highly recommend this carpet cleaner for all of your carpet cleaning needs. My carpets looked brand new after cleaning. Easy to use. Love this brand as I also have the vacuum as well.

I really liked it, it was easy to use, however the water containers are fairly small. Once I was done, it didn't seem to get the odor out of the carpet. I'll still need to use a rug doctor from time to time. In the interim, this is very nice to use and handle. Good for light jobs.

Couldn’t be any happier than with this carpet cleaner. It’s easy to use. Has excellent accessories for using on different surfaces and and different applications. Taking apart the cleaner to clean out the different parts of the cleaner is straightforward and easy. Have used other brands. This unit beats the others hands down.

Carpet cleaner does a super job! Large dog's accident cleaned great, with no stain left behind. The carpet cleaner is easy to use. Cleaning it after use was the most cumbersome thing, but I am a little on the picky side.

This product is very smart .I have tons of vacuum at home but when i purchased this I never want to use the other old vacuum I had.

I love it! It is really simple to use, my carpet feels so clean and looks refreshed. Only down side is that it is pretty heavy, so my arm gets a little tired when I’m cleaning all the carpet in my house. But otherwise totally worth it!

Noticeable improvement on the first clean. It’s a small tank so thought it would require lots of refills, but it’s very efficient and the results are so much better than previous cleaners. Definitely worth the money spent.

This carpet cleaner is great. Cleans sooo well. As others mentioned, the tank size for the dirty water is small but honestly not a big deal. Other than that, it works great.

So far, doing what it is supposed to do. Nothing to complain, I really like it. My carpet is always clean. However, it's big to clean under the bed.

Love this! Great suction, and very easy to use! Love that the handheld part is connected all of the time and has a clip to hold it instead of other shampooers where you have to reconnect the hose when you need it. Another game changer and a must with kids! We recently shampooed our carseats with this!

Easy to use carpet cleaner. Did a great job on my white carpets. Only complaint is how small the tanks are.

Have older carpet with kids and pets. Lots of deep down stains. Used the stain striker on them and then ran the cleaner. I was amazed at the amount to dirt and grim this thing pulled up. Definitely would recommend!
