I received the Shark quick flip pocket mop pro and have found it to be the easiest mop system I have ever used. It is a great product and very easy to use. That being said I have tried several others products like this and it has some great functionality that I found lacking in other options. I was very excited to use it to clean my kitchen and bathroom floors. This was my first time ever using a steam mop! Unboxing and setup was very easy, and the product`s Quick Start Guide is very well designed and easy to understand. There are two attachments you can use for this mop: the steam mop and the spray mop. You basically insert the handle into the main part, then attach the already assembled floor pad piece. Two clicks, fill the water tank, plug in, turn on and about 30 seconds later, full steam ahead! It heats up super fast and is ready to use in no time. The cord is also really long, so I could go from my kitchen to my bathroom all from one outlet. As far as the actual cleaning of my linoleum flooring, I think the job was so-so. Either that, or I don`t have very dirty floors to begin with. After one cleaning of the kitchen flooring, I didn`t see much of a difference, so I went another round of cleaning but this time I used the included spray floor cleaner. That seemed to work a bit better. My floors do look a little whiter and brighter, but I suppose the real test is seeing the gray pad after two rounds of cleaning. What`s great about these pads is that they are reusable and machine washable. The only thing that I don't like about this mop is that is does not stand up by itself like my vacuum cleaner. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

It is a good mop - but for larger floor may not be idle as the water container holds hardly 10 ounces of water.

This is my second Steam Mop, and because the first one stoped heating enough, I was kind of sceptical when I have got this new one, so I tried for 2 weeks, and I couldnt be happier. Beside the obvious, its lighter weigh, the ease of assembly, the fact that includes 2 extra mops and a Hard Floor Cleanser product, which is awesome, The following are cool highlighs. You can flip the mop head and pad over to use the other side. To Fill the tank is easy, the bottle detachs to fill, which prevent accidentally cracks of the neck on the bottle. It includes a a second pole with a handle. I have seen people compalin about the lenght of the cord, but for me the cord is fairly long. It hase only one buttom, the power buttom, no temperature selection mode, so It only has one temperature, which I found very simple, since, honestly, with my previuos Mop Steamer, I always used only one mode, the higher. I also noticed that another big complaint is that it won’t stand up on its own. I really dont see the problem, because it is so light that I have destined a place where I left it hang on the wall. It cleans really well, either tile or wood floor, everything looks shiny and and smell clean. Overall I love this unit, I highly recommend it.

I was skeptical that steam without chemicals/cleaning products could so effectively clean tile and grout. Was I ever wrong!!! This product is easy to use and extremely well designed to Release the pads for laundering. I highly recommend this product if you want an extremely clean hard surfaces floor!

I've tried other units and they don't work as well as the Genius

My wife has used the Shark - Genius Steam Pocket Mop for a long time. When it came time to buy a new one, unfortunately it was not available.

It is my first steam mop, and the Shark Genius Steam Pocket mop does a good job cleaning my hardwood and tile floors. It cleans just using water, so there are no harsh chemical smells when you clean your floors. The water tank is very easy to fill and holds just enough water to do the job without requiring a refill. There is no way to adjust the amount of steam you use, but it does a good job of cleaning anyway. It also cleans pretty thoroughly without too much scrubbing and effort. It also swivels and pivots nicely to get into small areas. It has an extra long cord which makes it easy to reach all of the area that I am cleaning. The cleaning pad is washable, and attaches and releases with ease. In summary...the Shark Genius Steam Pocket Mop is lightweight and easy to use, and, with its effective cleaning, makes it a great steam mop! Highly recommended!!!

Love that it's quick and easy and chemical free. I had the spray mop which is an older modol and it got expensive buying the solution. This one only needs water. Simple and easy to use also.
