Very pleased with this cordless stick vacuum. It came with two batteries - which is an absolute necessity as the batteries do deplete rather quickly when using the stick vac on full power. Suction is outstanding, ease-of-use is very good, it's lightweight and stores folded and out of the way. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

I have dyson vacuum’s and tried them all. This is a great one. 2 batteries, great design, cordless and lots of power

By far the best wireless vacuum!! I wanted a wire free vacuum and bought 2 different ones before I got the Shark Ion Flex... Both prior vacuums I was so disappointed with once I got home and put them to use.. Either they had no power or hardly lasted enough to vacuum my home? But this vacuum exceeded all my expectations!! As powerful a vacuum I've ever had and the dual batteries are perfect for doing my entire home without having to wait hours for the battery to recharge and finish my home.. Cannot be more satisfied with this product!!

Great cordless vacuum with awesome power. Lightweight much quieter than the traditional stand up vacuum. Works great on carpet or tile/wood flooring.

Powerful and light! Was originally thinking of getting a Dyson, but thought I’d try this as it’s less expensive, and I’m glad I did! Works just as good, maybe even better! I love that it comes with a spare battery so I always have a freshly charged battery when it’s time to charge the other. Being able to fold in half is great for getting under the coffee table and other low places like under the bed, but I mostly like that feature for its minimal storing space!

I recently got the shark ion robot vacuum for daily use. I got this cordless stick vacuum for supplemental cleaning such as hard to reach areas, stairs, and spot cleaning. It's perfect for my needs. It wouldn't be enough for a full house cleaning, but with the two interchangeable batteries, it's sufficient for one round of stairs. I love not having to drag the cord up with me, and then having to bring it upstairs halfway through and plug it in again. 5 stars!

My wife has been raving about this ever since we picked it up. It's lightweight and very portable, and does a better job at cleaning and picking up dirt and dust on the floor than our older, heavier vacuum. She's used it in our vehicles as well. The battery life to good and is almost enough to cover the entire house. It's expensive for a vacuum, but the performance and usefulness of it justifies the cost.

Purchased to try for both new wood floors and larger area rugs! Not disappointed!! Impressed!! I love the power and ease of use this vacuum offers. The up-down swivel part of my vacuum head did break after 4 months - will no longer lock- but this has not hurt the performance or even ease of use- just inconvenient when storing and moving. I have not looked into repair.

I bought this on a whim for my wife. She absolutely loves it. No more cords to get tangled,or caught. Two batteries not just one. No waiting to charge a battery.

We love both the compact size and the ability to use this vacuum which has two batteries, thus giving time for one to charge as we use the other one.

The shark is all hype and doesn’t live up to my expectations. First a couple good things. Having two batteries is nice. Being able to fold it in half for easy storage also nice. That’s it. The filters clog up with dirt too fast requiring constant cleaning or the vacuum loses suction and will overheat quickly and shut off. This is an easy fix by keeping up on the maintenance but it shouldn’t require multiple cleaning per month on a vacuum I only use on my hard wood and small touch up jobs around the house. The duel brush design is neat on paper but fails in actual use. I have two dogs both which have long hair and shed. Their hair will clog the front brush rendering the vacuum unusable until it’s cleaned. I literally have to clean it after every use or it won’t work. It’s a flawed design. The dump bin is also a terrible design. Most of the debris will not come out on its own when you open the dump lid. Any hair gets stuck around the filter requiring you to reach in and empty by hand. It also has a sort of divider in the middle which prevents you from getting the full use of the bin. Debris will clog up in the bin and cause the vacuum to again lose suction. I can’t speak to longevity because I’ve only had a couple months. But build quality seems decent. Basically wait for the Dyson to go on sale and by that. Shark spends to much money on there lame infomercials and not enough product development.

Great sweeper. Love the fact it comes with extra battery. I charge it while I’m running sweeper and it’s ready when I need it.

I was weary of the battery life, but I rarely need to switch between the two. One complaint is animal hair gets built up in the front orange roller. Suction is great, battery life is great, cleaning the brushes is annoying. Overall great vacuum.

Have been looking for a cordless vacuum to pick up cat litter and quick vacuuming. This does the job and is easy to use when turning into a handheld for cobwebs on walls and ceilings and moldings. Came with a spare battery so also ready to use and folds up so is easy to store.

So far I absolutely love my new shark! The battery part takes some getting used to as I've always had corded vacuums, but it has more suction than any vacuum I've had. I'm able to vacuum my entire down stairs in a 2500+ sqft home on one battery charge.

I had a Dyson Animal stick vacuum for 3 years & the circuit board at the bottom fried out. I took it to a repair shop & the only option was to by a new head which was about $200. I decided that for the amount it would cost I could just buy a new one. I knew that I would not buy another Dyson due to it's warranty only being for 2 years. I looked over many websites & the reviews all lead me to Shark. Friends with animals recommended the Rocket model & I love this one!! I have high shedding dogs & this works great getting all of the hair picked up off of the floor, bed, & couch. The feature I like the most is the dirt canister. At first I was worried by it's small size that I would constantly have to empty it. Not true at all!! One side of the canister collects hair & the other side collects the dirt, it's fantastic! Also comes with some great attachments & this model comes with 2 batteries that charge up fairly quickly.

I have had many versions of shark vacuums. I LOVE this one. It has great suction, gets both carpeting and hard wood floors clean (and the cracks in between the floor boards). I just love it. Batteries have held up and charge quickly.
